Well, what if the rangers are disguised as rebels and look like their taking civilians away (rescuing them) to execute them?

Torrocca. The main goal of the marines mission is to keep other marines alive. Second comes civilians. And then military personel. They wouldent fire on the rebel dudes, but they wouldent let the rebels out of their sight. I think. Well, I dont really know.
