EMP shells are a safe weapon, not a killing weapon. They disrupt enemy electronics for ten mins in a 3 mile radius when programed. They wont effect allied electronics, nor kill.

No, its a tested prototype.

A directed-energy weapon (DEW) emits energy in an aimed direction without the means of a projectile. It transfers energy to a target for a desired effect.

Well in the centre, your PSICOM forces are positioned.
BranRiech controls most of the north, and as a whole, atleast 2/3s of the city, excluding the centre.
Torroccan have the Eastern areas and the Minroz now have a hold on the Western areas.
My forces control ( as a process of elimination) the sourthern outskirts and several pockets in the mid city.

Hladgos are more or less an extracting force, not a fighting one.

But this is just set around the main players thus far.
