We do warn both sides, though, that under the circumstance that peace-keeping forces come under fire by either sides, they have been permitted by the Kaiser of Alte-Koniggratz to return fire upon these forces. Should such continue, the Government of Alte-Koniggratz is more than willing to take further action against any government who openly attacks peaceful forces whose sole purpose is to defend the rights of civilians not militarily involved in war.
