Extermination of the Rebels (FT, Closed)

The Armed Republic of New Imperial Tyrannia had a problem. They had recently set about expanding their interstellar domain; unfortunately, a rebel movement had grown up among their colonies. The rebellion was growing; they had created a powerbase within the Deathshead Nebula, and constantly attacked the Tyrannians' trade conveys. Unfortunately, the Tyrannians could'nt stop them, as interstellar law prevented them from exterminating the rebels. But all hope was not lost; the Tyranians could not exterminate the rebels themeselves, so they got someone else to do it...

[The Eternal Swarm]

... And that someone else, was The Swarm.

Dr. Yamato Nasagori, the new Overmind of The Swarm knew he could ingratiate The Swarm into the good graces of the right parties by helping them with certain pesky problems only The Swarm could handle. This was the first such problem, one requiring the classic Tyranid Swarm.

Hive Fleet Leviathan flew through space towards a Psionic Beacon. They knew it only would lead them to a nebula, and a group of rebels. But naught else was known.

Regardless, The Swarm was ready, and willing to crush them.

The Swarm was less than an hour away, hurtling through Warp Space towards its target...
