"Military. Aircraft carriers, transport ships, battleships, cruisers. Looks like they're getting ready for a fight."

"Against us?"

"We're not sure. We know of a nation that's literally gone out and declared war. Some religious reasons. They might be for them; Makes sense too. We haven't declared war yet."

"But we're not sure?"

"Haven't made out their path, no."

"Put the fleet on full alert. I'm not having a naval mobilization threaten this fleet, and have us stand unprepared."

"Yes, Admiral."

Banks stepped back from the desk, breathing in rapidly. I hope those aren't a threat to the U.S. They'd have a problem then. The Coalition of Steel wouldn't like that... He shook his head, Can't go around, calming myself down with the thought of the CoS coming to save us. We need to stop them from having to help us in the first place.

Yes, like a VTOL. It looks nothing like one though, and handle differently. My plan is based off of the fact that I'm waiting for my allies fleets to show up. Their troops will be a very important factor. The missile thing? Fair enough, I'll keep the transport ships far enough back to save me the expense. Also, cruise missiles aren't effective enough to sink a ship in one hit. Just to let you know, my tanks are very cheap to make and they suck balls, so feel free to determine their losses (fairly) when they land. That's the reason I'm sending so many. Most of my defense budget goes into my air force.

It has come to the attention of the Ministry that genocide has been committed within the nation of Central America in the name of Nazi-esque beliefs that the Aryan race is supreme. We would like to express extreme outrage, shock, and disgust at these ignorant actions, and hereby declare war on the Grand Imperial Reich of Cental America, with a majority vote from Senate, and the permission of General Secretary of the Socialist Party Eriya Kashikoi, emulating the actions of our comrades in the Coalition of Steel.

"Move, comrade! Corporal, be careful with that, it's live!" Admiral Heiwazio called out into his bullhorn, standing on the deck of the N.E.V. Kashikoi, the flagship of the Emperican First Fleet. Planes were being lifted by crane onto the Kashikoi and two other aircraft carriers, and soldiers were filing into various transport and amphibious assault ships.
The Emperican People's National Navy was preparing for war, one that had little or nothing to do with the Socialist Republic of New Emperica. All around the harbor, many soldiers were parting from their families, though few tears were being shed. What had been normal young adults a year or so ago had become battle hardened veterans after the Scorpion Campaigns. Naval infantry, which were actually part of the Aerial Corps Maritime Divisions (MaritAC), were pumping themselves up, screaming about how justice would prevail, while others were marveling at the behemoths on the surface being inspected.

Heiwazio scoffed, amused. Most of the MaritAC soldiers had never even seen a behemoth in their entire lives. Only about 20 of them existed, and they rarely surfaced more than they needed to to breath, for fear of scaring the general populace. Behemoths were huge whale-like creatures that swam underwater for large periods of time, often bashing into enemy ships, or even catapulting themselves out of the water and thrashing around on deck, destroying guns, crushing crewmen, and swiping the unlucky enemy sailors into the water below, where kappas waited. Kappas were alligator-like creatures with shells like turtles. They scaled the hulls of ships with their sharp claws, and viciously attacked whatever unlucky sailors were on deck. Woe to the ship who left the entrances to below deck open.
"Preparations are almost complete." a woman said. Heiwazio glanced behind him. It was Lieutenant Kitsurubami, recently transferred to MaritAC Field Command.
"Good, Lieutenant. What's our time frame for departure?" he replied.
"Approximately 45 minutes, sir."
"Wonderful...let's go to war..."
