To put this success into perspective, Haize People Air Forces' latest combat helicopter may be equipped with a multi-effect missile that not only can physically penetrate into hostile main battle tanks or detonate a building but can also emit a localized EMP pulse to simultaneously disrupt organic and electronic elements of the opposition at the same timeframe when the missile hits.
Another example would be a traditional bomber dropping free-falling guided bombs that can do destructive physical damage to targeted infrastructures and simultaneously causing enough electromagnetic outbursts to ensure total mission kill in a single bombing run without sacrificing any explosive firepower; some of the infrastructures (which contain electronics) might be protected against explosive impacts or not sufficiently damaged by the exploding bombs, but they will get electronically damaged from the EMP effects generated by the falling bombs as they detonate.
Hahao Kinematics Institute had also cited their new development can be practically applied to any kind of weapons that relied on energetic chemical decomposition, which means Haize armed units aren't required to carry separate EMP/HPM weapon to take out important C4I targets or for special missions, potentially simplifying the entire ammunition supply chain and freeing up additional resources for other utilities.
The Institute however stated the new method won't replace current options but instead will augment tactical options for Haize military commanders as certain mission restrictions may prove added EMP effects may result in unnecessary collateral, deviating from Haize central doctrine of "optimum effective force". With the potential war between Junta and the Imperial States may or may not realized, Hahao Kinematics Institute ingenious munition upgrade is predicted to not play an active role in the postulated conflict as Haize military commanders are still waiting official verdict from the Central Military Commission of
Haize Dasko.

Experimental Quantum Capacitors Promise near Nuclear-Level Performance Touted as one of critical elements relevant to mass adoption of green technologies such as fuel cells and electric-powered transportation, the latest capacitor research pioneered by Ivanovitch Institute of Technology is a step toward realizing a truly environmentally-friendly society. Researchers affiliated with the collaborative work between the Institute and, Vakolev Energy Institute with Gaokyvl Advanced Materials Center backing had collectively dubbed the new capacitor design as "Quantum Capacitor" due incorporation of quantum principles and scales involved in the prototypes.
Associate Professor Tanami-Hiilev which involved with the project explains,
"Unlike conventional [capacitors], quantum capacitors are entirely new breed of devices; for an example, certain variants of supercaps need electrolytes while ours don't. Ours is more on the scales of things. If you get features small enough, that's when QM come into play which I was informed what our electronics industry experienced when trying to downscale. Now, don't misunderstand that they use QM for free lunch but more on exploiting QM quirkiness to store energy and keep it until usage."When asked by TechPulse whether the so-called 'Quantum Capacitor' use entanglement, the Assc.Professor rebutted,
"No, it's not entanglement in any form, haha. They're more on forbidden energy states that allowed massive charges to be stored without any leakages in a tiny package." An unnamed source familiar with the project had claimed the new development can achieve energy density parity with nuclear options 'soon' and current research prototypes had reached up to 2 GJ/m
3, which translates to potentially 10,000+ watts per kilogram of the capacitor designs.
While the contacted Assc.Professor neither confirms or denies the allegations posited above, he had cited several problems had cropped during prototyping the devices,
"It turns out some of them require immense structural strengths just to withstand their stored energies which we hoped to solve soon. And there's a problem of fabrication; I want these to be produced fast but we don't have enough fabs on sub nanometers thus our prototyping process is unusually slow for potentially game breaking devices. We will see though, whether the Junta will help us on this one."What is fully certain from the announcement are, numerous private interests and governmental agencies have directly or indirectly expressing interest on the all new "Quantum Capacitors" for wide variety of applications, imagined by independent analysts to cover from aerospace sector and to Haize textile industry even though the shape of the postulated devices nor their physical construction aren't officially revealed just yet, correct at press time.
