The Bavungrian Government, The Menassan Colonial Republics of Bavungria, we of Crystal Spires would like to remind you that national sovereignty doesn't mean a lick spittle in the international context. If we're going to be realistic, one's national sovereignty depends on the ability of not getting your country invaded, your leaders assassinated, and your government deposed. This can only can occur if your government is recognized as legitimate, and the easiest way to break the legitimization of your government is to commit acts of state sanctioned terrorism and slavery. Such things can motivate the more powerful countries to invade and do exactly as they see fit to stabilize it. Just as a person's acts in society can deem them a threat, and then their freedom and sovereignty is denied (They get sent to jail) so it is with international politics. So your countries are not safe because of "state sovereignty". Your right to exist is predicated on how stable your country is perceived, and there's nothing more unstable than a country ran by international terrorists, which reminds me, these acts are against international law. Pity, we're declaring you unstable and we will act unless these people are released and we will violate your international sovereignty to preserve life and civil rights.
Failure to abide by the Law and denial of the protection of citizens makes a government a failed state and this is one step in a continual wave of disorder and chaos birthed from the sheer misunderstanding of the purpose of government, which is to govern. A failed state is already one step to the abyss. To murder civilians takes a failed state one step further into disorder, and to murder of many civilians is state sanctioned terrorism. State sanctioned terrorism becomes international terrorism and so in the interests of the international community and on behalf of the welfare and the good of all, the threat must be quelled before it is allowed to become more dangerous than it ever will. As of now, we have reason to believe that the eyes of the Just God will bear witness to the actions of the Colonial Republics of Bavungria, and smite you as we of Crystal Spires have finally decided that your nation deserves no quarter. We will give you a single chance to end Slavery or we will stabilize it for the common good. You have 24 hours before troop deployment. Release the slaves or make your peace with the Gods, as the punishment for enslaving the populace and betraying the common good is death.

"By the oversight of our Lord Fornt, I hearby declare this Legislative session open. We are here to discuss the declaration of war upon the nation of. The Menassan Colonial Republics of Bavungria, Let it be reminded that we, who know of the dangers of Corruption more than anyone else, are aware that the punishment for corruption and betrayal of the people is death. Thus is it our solemn vow as Councilmen to act in what is the best for the Good and Welfare of All people." Maven said clearly in a solemn voice.
"The purity of heart, mind, and spirit is represented by words, thoughts, and actions. Councilmen! Every sentient being is responsible for their own words, thoughts, and actions and are obligated by law not to willingly commit harm to another sentient being with greed, hatred, or ignorance as a motivation." Maven said proudly as he recited the religious texts the fervor of a priest.
"And so we promise with our full hearts that we have not acted in hatred, greed, and that we are aware of every consequence of our actions." Katriel recited as she put her hand over her heart and bowed.
"Be seated," Justine said with a sincere nod. "We shall review the evidence given, and we shall make an informed decision on how to further act."
