Welcome to the RLA (Right-to-life Alliance)!

We are a group that wishes to see the end of atrocities: Genocide, Inciting Terror, and Endangering Lives without reason. We aim to achieve this by issuing warrants and conducting operations against people who commit these crimes.

Whereas violent radicals are undesirable,
Wishing to bring such radicals to justice,
Determined to end Genocide and Terrorism, and
Determined to protect the Right of People to Live,

The Right-to-Life Alliance (hereafter RLA) agrees as follows:

Section 1: The RLA Rules
Article 1: The RLA and RLA members are hereby empowered and encouraged to defend the Right to Life anywhere and everywhere, unless there is just cause to suspend it, .
Article 2: No RLA member is permitted to withhold the Right to Life, unless there is just cause to suspend it.
Article 3: A cause is just, for the purpose of this Charter, if:
(a) It ensures that other Rights, including the Right to Life of others, The Right to Property, Freedom of Speech, and Freedom of Opinion are not imminently threatened; and
(b) No other amount of force would reasonably suffice to defend these other rights.

Section 2: The RLA Court

Article 1: The RLA Court shall consist of Judges who shall be appointed at a general meeting for a term of one year at a time.
Article 2: A Judge may be nominated by his or her country for appointment as one of the Judges of the RLA, and if there is a majority of the membership in favour of the appointment of this Judge, he shall be appointed; and if there is not, he shall be rejected.
Article 3: A Judge may be removed by three quarters of the membership.
Article 4: The Chief Justiciar shall oversee the proceedings of the RLA Court, and Deputy(s) may be elected to assist; and they shall be themselves Judges.
Article 5: The Judges may replace the Chief Justiciar and Deputy(s) at their pleasure.
Article 6: The Judges shall have the sole power to issue warrants and order RLA operations to achieve the aims laid out in Section 1, to interpret this document, order proceedings related to legislation on this document or in accordance with it, and try persons who have committed criminal offences against the Right to Life without Just Cause as defined in Section 1.
Article 7: Judges may be impeached by the following proceedings.
a) Any Judge may be impeached for wrongdoing or incompetence by the General Membership, with each member nation being granted one vote.
b) Any nation may move impeachment proceedings.
c) If two thirds of the member nations find a Judge incompetent, that person shall be required to resign and not hold that position for the following month; unless specifically permitted within the impeachment proceedings.

Section 3: The Executive Cabinet

Article 1: The Executive Cabinet shall be composed of a President, the Chief Justiciar, and any other Ministers appointed by future legislation, who will be in charge of directing, financing and carrying out RLA operations.
Article 2: The Executive Cabinet shall divide up its responsibilities and order its own proceedings as as it sees fit.
Article 3: The Executive Cabinet shall be appointed, elected, or replaced as defined by future legislation.
Article 4: Members of the Executive Cabinet may be impeached by the following proceedings.
a) Any member may be impeached for wrongdoing or incompetence by the General Membership, with each member nation being granted one vote.
b) Any nation may move impeachment proceedings.
c) If two thirds of the member nations find a member of the Executive Cabinet incompetent, that person shall be required to resign and not hold that position for the following month; unless specifically permitted within the impeachment proceedings.

Section 4: Legislative Proceedings

Article 1: Any Member nation may propose legislative motions at any point to amend this charter or introduce new legislation in accordance with it.
Article 2: Any such motions will be voted on over the following 72 hours, or until an absolute majority is in favour of the motion.
Article 3: If the motion is supported by a majority, it will become, like this charter, legally binding.

An absolute and unanimous majority showed itself to be in favour of the adoption of the Charter (proposed by the Imperial Commonwealth of Libraria and Ausitoria). Voting finished as follows.

We find it humorous that the "Anti-Nazi Alliance" calls itself such, yet its definition of "Nazi crimes" are completely bogus and display their utter lack of knowledge as to what Nazism is. "Genocide, inciting terror," and "going round annexing small nations for no reason" are characteristics of every major government framework, be it Fascist, Nazi, Democratic, or Communist.

It appears to us that the ANA (which shares initials with an equally dubious organization) is purely a way to give the founding nation the weight to enforce its ideals on other nations, which in turn is not something we can stand for. Nations must act to secure their own interests, otherwise they die. Forcing them to conform to your culture's mores and values while claiming to be operating in the name of "justice" is utterly sickening. At least we admit that we invade Communist and Socialist nations for the sole reason that they're CommuSocialist.

And no, we're not Nazis. We're Fascists. There's differences.

This alliance is specifically designed to deal with Nazis committing such crimes, although Libraria and Ausitoria hopes that the remit of the ANA will be extended to deal with other idiots committing such crimes shortly.

Of course we have the right to intervene to stop people committing genocide, inciting terror, and fighting wars without a just reason. Why wouldn't we have that right? Surely it is just to interfere whenever and wherever basic rights are threatened.

Thus, the ANA is an ideological group acting on ideological grounds. That's nice to know. At least we, at the Imperial Fascist Alliance, admit we're an ideological organization.

Addressing your second claim, this begs the question: who determines these rights? Rights are extremely subjective. Western, white-dominated cultures have a different perception of what counts as a right as opposed to Southeast Asian cultures, and in turn, both of these views are incompatible with East African views. To claim that your organization has the right to enforce "human rights" is utterly ethnocentric, and the ANA does not have the fortitude to admit it. Certainly, you'll claim that the "World Assembly," an organization we can find no records of ((OOC: it's a gameplay function, not an RP organization)) determines this, but not all nations are members, and from the sounds of it, the "WA" is much like the former United Nations, which was a disgustingly bureaucratic globalist wreck dominated by white males who cling to left-leaning ideologies.

As it stands, the GWO is aligning itself against this "Anti-Nazi Alliance" and will operate, depending on the circumstances, to halt its activities against other nations.

By our definition, it is defending people from crimes against species. About the only people who would ever object to this sort of stuff are people who have been brainwashed by insane leaders (i.e. with an insane philosophy), or totally uneducated (i.e. with an illogical philosophy).

The ANA seems to be an agency for headhunters that target political activists. The ANA opposes political freedom and the right of having an opinion that is not congruent with the official, politically favoured one. We strongly condemn this form of "Tyranny of the Majority". Therefore we support the Grand World Order. We do not see any reason to imprison a man for his whole life in solitary. This is against the most basic of human rights! The Alpha Section does not fear a war and will declare it if it sees a dire necessity to do so.

I would like to point something out. Any one openly proclaiming to be a nazi, is usually subject to immense hate coming at them. Because of what nazism stood for before, it still does now, even if it really doesn't, it does in the hearts and minds of those who remember. I am more against genocidal factions than nazis, however they are still considered a genocidal faction, and we will continue to fight them.
