After two and a half decades of undercover research, the brand new Special Forces sector of the total ONF Land Army was complete. Three major units made up the force:

'Goliath' Track Robots, designed for rough terrain and a hydrogenated outer carapace, which was equipped with a newly incorporated Avalance, a gun which had two barrels, one to shoot laserbeams and the other to simultaneously blast the ground away beneath an enemy.

'Ant-Bugs' which could dissolve into the air into 2.5 million counter parts and latch onto the enemy, slowly melting or corroding the skin or suit.

'Rearers', which look like grass but when trodden on, envelops the enemy in a putrid and lethal cloud of a Laughing Gas-Cyanide hybrid.

Aggressive Nano-Bots are one of several discouraged armaments required for participation in the Kyceir Alliance. This is due to the possibility of destructive misuse being able to cause lasting damage to the environment, and also because the weapon is inhumane due to the immense pain of cell-by-cell dissimulation, whereas other weapons in the use of the Kyceir Alliance are designed for minimal pain before death, or instant death if possible.

The use of gaseous weapons is also discouraged by the Kyceir Alliance due to the possibility of environmental damage, civilian death, and the inhumanity of suffocation or poisoning as a method of death. However, its use is also not banned, due to the Kyceir Alliance's lack of power to control nations, but continued use or overuse will see to the ejection of Old North Fish from the Kyceir Alliance.

We realize that rules such as these were not made entirely clear upon your entry to the alliance due to the nature in which you joined being unofficial. However, you are to be made aware of these guidelines, and especially so considering the term that govern the exit of your nation from the alliance.

The Grand Citadel exited the Solar System as HAISE maneuvered to directly oversee the creation of its "government" or "council" of AIs on Reach. It leaves behind 5 sub-clusters of programs to guide the mobilisation, which HAISE still hadn't explained to the international community (except the Fal shians)

Artur stared at the Chi as he began distributing the regiments as if he was playing a game. We will advance 3 Battalions through the northern wastelands.....Lily interrupted angrily, if you want to send regiments to that hellhole send your own! You are basically just dropping 5 of my regiments to their deaths! Artur interrupted their glaring to point at the 5th Dominion, forces in the territory of the Fourth Dominion. I seriously doubt we will be able to push 20 Regiments of Armour through this narrow pass, especially with the Fifth Dominion fortifications in the way. Chi smiled secretively before announcing with a superior smile. Don't worry about it. I'm sure they wont mind if we crushed a few troops too stupid to get out of our way. Buuutttt....stuttered Lily. Artur glanced quickly at her, this was the first time he had ever heard Lily stutter. You cant be serious to declare war on them! Everytime this happens every lose so much that it takes years to rebuild! Fine. Just because you are such a pretty girl I'll postpone that idea... He removed the tanks from the map. He quickly placed the on the Iieviun Achipelago. Artur felt like hitting him. He obviously had never done history before.

Chi smiled wishfully at the photo in his hand. Being ruler to one of the worlds largest superpowers was more difficult than people thought. The political scheming was nearly starting to drive him insane. Of course he was not stupid enough to launch an attack against the Fifth Dominion, after all they were probably their staunchest allies. Problem was that while Davatria made huge amounts of money, the main countries it dealt with had heavy taxes on imports so it took a lot of produce to acctually earn a profit. Slethus was probably the worst of all of the countries in this category. Lily was probably one of the financial genii of the region. She was a damn pretty one as well. His mind was wandering again. Putting the photo smiling serenely at him back into the secret compartment built into the desk and with a long sigh he began drawing up plans that would hopefully make Slethus a new province of Davatria. Artur would complain of course and Lily...well she will be dealt with....

Someone was obviously leaking state secrets. It seemed unusual that The Fifth Dominion was demanding land from their allies. Most suspicious indeed. 40% of the Battalions were brought into readiness. The reserves could wait.

Also, Iievius, we have removed the Antbugs and the Rearers. Instead of a Special Force, the GoliathBots will be distributed to each battalion of troops.

As you may know, relationships between our great nation of Fal'shia and neighbouring Iievius have not been very good in recent history. However, something has happened to worsen this situation. This event will not be released to anyone but to those that already know of it.

In order to protect our fragile political state however, a different course of action must be taken, as follows:

Fal shia officially declares war on the nation of Adi Rajen, and all that may side with them
Fal'shia threatens Old North Fish with destruction of their nation via nuclear and biological means, unless they join the Fal'shian Alliance

Within hours of the announcement of the declaration of war, the troops stationed along the Scalaw border once again invaded, this time in sizes only seen during the reign of St. Tyrael the Blessed: 4 million men, or about 1/20th of the Fifth Dominion Army has been committed to the 2nd Invasion of Scalaw.

The forces began to gather as the morning cold fogged their breath in the north of Adi Rajen. They had been stationed here for only about a week, but the King's foresight was confirmed. With Fal'shia having declared war, and the Fifth Dominion following them in a surprise move, Iievius was under great threat. They were those who would defend their country from that menace since ancient times known as the Fal'shian Fire Caste.

The divisions in Old North Fish had yet to be withdrawn- a political measure to reassure the Fishians, nothing of worry. However, with the Fifth's surprisingly out-of-the-blue mobilization, they were once again put to good use. The army began its weary march. Since Leo's invasion two months ago, they still had not returned home. Though a short time, the troops were already tired from the previous invasion. It was likely they would only serve as a cursory defense at best. Iievius would have to put the Fifth Dominion on the defensive in order to bring in reinforcements. There was one option that would delay them without too much outrage over breaking the rules of engagement. Francis pondered over the document.

The message sat in the e-mail inbox, waiting. Its message was short. Blunt, at best.

~Fal'shia. Should you engage in aggressive military maneuvers within the Iievian Territories or the Fishian Confederacy, retaliation will be carried out in the form of nuclear strike on key military locations, as well as the threat of an Orbital Weapons Assault, and possibly a SWB, or Space Weaponry Barrage, aided by the 2nd and 3rd Iievian Military Space Fleets. Cease and Desist aggressive maneuvers immediately.~

Because the Alliance of Order has fallen apart, its former nations are no longer bound to the rules of engagement anymore, until WARHC creates a similar RoE.

Army Group Scalaw is rapidly crossing ground along the south-eastern ONF border, with Alfalshian militia deployed as skirmishers and meat shields. The 4th Fleet which had been mobilised earlier (OOC:check posts) flew above the Army Group, providing close air support and defending from air attacks. The 7th Auxilary Air Wing from the largely inexperienced Air Force also supplements the Space Fleet.

Artur grinned cheerfully at the huge crowd of Slethiuns, Salviuns and Davatrians around the hundreds of bonfires around the beaches. Everyone was having a party tonight for the Void Eclipse. Hundreds of men armed with their Vindian pulse blasters stood a little back from the crowds checking for intruders and rowdy partygoers.

The three divisions, only around fifteen-hundred men in total, were stationed in Fahri, border town of ONF that had been ravaged by war. Grimacing, they prepared defensive measures around the town, a crucial point in the defense of ONF. If they failed, the next place of defense was the Metrofaah, but they had to hold until reinforcements could arrive. The fate of ONF relied on their success. With them, was four tanks and around one hundred Femriat Riders, decked in elite armor and armed with the latest plasma weaponry. The rest of the group, however, held only basic service lasers. Hopefully they could defend the small town.

The spaceships lifted off the ground, or rather, the metallic landing bay in space, with a hissing sound of moving pistons and firing engines. Now loaded with men, the three Atlasi, holding around 1.8 million soldiers in total, in fact the entire 4th Iievian Land Army, began their descent into ONF space from the gargantuan space station owned by the IIevian military. The men would be shuttled down once closer, as the humongous ships were too large to land on the ground, needing to remain in low orbit. Accompanying the fleet was two hundred Storm interceptors, a hundred Lance fighters, and two Chevalier command ships.

The town of Fahri stood in front of them once more. Except, of course, this time the town had been fortified and garrisoned by a small but capable force. Fifth Dominion High Command sent in 1 Division of Infantry to clear the town, supported by a single light cruiser detached from the rest of the Fleet which floated a few kilometers away from the town along with the rest of the Army Group.

The Iievians pondered over the incoming force of around five-hundred men. Though the larger force from the Fifth Dominion was immense, the terrain in Fahri, only allowed for slow occupation. With their smaller number, this was a blessing sent from heaven. With this huge host, when the Fifth were sending such a small amount it was trivial. The Iievians, however, would take some damage even from this careful scouting probe. The only way to resolve this was to crush this incoming force while they were unsure and spread the reputation of the Iievians as ridiculously strong fighters, lowering morale in the enemy. The femriats were key. With these, they could smash through the enemy and rout them as they were confused. A basic military tactic, but nevertheless useful. Of course, this was not a field battle. The femriat riders would make a raid, however, they would simply slaughter they way through to the HQ and attempt to destroy them, leaving before the rest of the division gathered their wits. After that, they would send around two-hundred men to take them as they were confused. Orders were to cripple and injure wherever possible. The Iievians needed to elevate themselves as elites against the Dominion soldiers, a frightening enemy they would not want to fight.

The entire division split into their various squads and combed the town, each squad with a member with a specific talent for something. Overhead, the Light Cruiser Valor peppered streets with Point Defense Fire to provide covering fire, as snipers and marksmen climbed onto the tops of buildings.

As the remainder of the infantry began to fight off the attacking units, the prescribed attack groups prepared themselves. Meanwhile, the other Iievians had also been ordered to cripple and aim for legs, arms and even groins. A dead man could simply be left to rot, but a man disarmed, dislegged, or disdicked would be unsettling, a drain on resources, and terrible for morale in the opposing army. Even more terrifying was that the Iievian infantry had staged their defence so that only a few could be seen actively attacking at once, creating the illusion of a very small unit that was still decimating the attacking force. In this way the Iievians could have the Dominionites believe that each Iievian was an elite, killing scores for each one Iievian.

The Troopers of the 397th Squad were perplexed as Iievians took potshots at their Powered Assault Armour. They quickly forced them to take cover with automatic weapons fire, the superheated plasma slowly evaporating the cover the enemy were hiding behind. Eventually, the order was given to pull out, as the Valor charged its glassing beam.
