A message to all concerning;
It has come to my attention that for the 2nd time we are at war with Vorshka and Zeiffelheim. Zeiffelheim has declared war because we stockpiled weapons following the 2nd Valkan war. We do admit to stockpiling these weapons but it is our right to defend ourselves. For the democratic clause that was broken, I have created a plan that will resolve this issue. The National Valkan Parliment will hearby reinstated with ten representative seats. Within the month the people of Valkstadt will elect 10 representatives that will serve a 5 year term. Every law and decision that I make will need 51% approval to pass. I hope this will bring peace to Valkstadt but I fear nothing will halt the Vorshkan war machine. The have been bent on destruction since they were defeated in the 1st Valkan war. I hope that the new Nationalist Republic of Valkstadt will see peaceful days from now on but I see hatred in the eyes of all Vorshkans. They seek vengance and blood. OOC: If you are confused on how my government can be a democratic dictatorship let me explain. The Kanz will remain leader of Valkstadt and leadership will be heriditary but the Kanz must have majority approval from the 10 person parliment whose representative are elected every 5 years. I will explain the political parties below.
