The Twentieth-Figure Human Born: Celebration

Once, the Human race in the milky way was nearly a few million by the end of a great genocidal war by our old long dead enemy the Covenant, may it be known that it is our foundation to celebrate the birth of a human every thirty years, The Office of Civilian Activity dubbed a young Aran child (first name not given yet.) as the official child of the twentieth figure. The Family accepted the party and it will be held on Mars in three days, please sign up your application if you wish to see this great moment happen.

This is a party thread, if you wish to join then simply apply below, it is a quick and easy application. There are certain rules obviously so you must be experienced and make quality post, no one liners but short responses are alright, no need to make a paragraph long response to if you want Tea or not, however you would need more than a Paragraph in your opening post, or when your making a point in a conversation, the entire party overall is about the celebration of the human which was born but your allowed to talk about anything before the babies birthday officially begins.

Brief Background: Twice Lady-President of Gallifrey, deposed once and defeated in an election later, Flavia is currently inclined to wander the universe at large, in part out of curiosity, and in part for domestic political reasons; she has no current wish to allow herself to become a figurehead for traditionalist policies of which she disapproves, and regards her current successor as broadly amicable. A Time Lady of the first rank, she is both intelligent and subtle, but with an abridged respect for other peoples and their ways.

Sadly declined, however your allowed to app as a more, semi realistic FT country (even FT has realism of some way.)

OOC: No matter. Though I'm a little bemused at how the nation is in any way more unrealistic than yours. I would have thought that a nation claiming to have 10^20 people would be a little more... open.

There are certain issues however with the nation you RP with, not against you in a OOC way, but I have a few certain guidelines of nations that actually can be near mine in my main NSverse, which is not limited to MT roleplay but is in FT Roleplay.

OOC; I can see why it'd be somewhat offputting, but for the record could you explain 'near' in this sense?

For one, there are obvious rules like evolution, and limits on the possibility, secondly the link you gave me shows them to look human, have a old old universe, and are not human themselves, thus not something I would allow to pass, and from what I know about Time Lords, it doesn't really fit even with my type of country.

I am bemused. You're playing a Halo nation. You actually mention the forerunners several times in your factbook and imply some sort of link between them and humans, and you object to the notion of pre-human spacefaring hominids in FT?

well it is out dated and Forerunners are actually only different, they are humanoid but not human.
