Seems quite good, though personally I think you should use more commas, as some of your sentences are a bit too long without any commas to cut short, making the meanings sometimes confusing.

Yes, I know I Still need to create troops, which will affect this slightly. Don't worry though, as it will be easy to modify once I get this hard part knocked out of the way.
Very much appreciated, as this will save me quite abit of time so I can hopefully get Rping!

I increased the tax amount to 40% and now make around 2,000 credits for my treasury.Oh in addition I also changed the stats for my horses, behemoths, and priests in accordance with Aelosia's suggestions. Thus changing my military upkeep a wee bit. Otherwise I think I am set and ready to go so I will begin and hopefully finish my intro-rp and be able to sign up for the quest.

I worked out the numbers, although it won't be the exact one due to size difference, but it would be good enough for calculation.
Miles Of Grey = 3,462
Miles Of Dark Tan = 4,778
Miles Of Light Tan = 1,900
Miles Of Green = 1,221
Miles Of Yellow = 0 (They're all mine, ALL MINE!)
Thus,
Grey: Land (Farming, herding, milling, lumbering, other land based productions): +1 credit bonus to PPC
Dark Tan: Land (Farming, herding, milling, lumbering, mining): +.75 credit bonus to PPC
Light Tan: Land/Mountains (Mining, other productions): +.25 credit bonus to PPC
Green: Mountains (Mining): +.2 credit bonus to PPC
Yellow Tan: Desert (Elevation of surrounding terrain): No Bonus
Grey: PPC+3 (Or is it 3.462? Do we only count every 1,000 sq. mi.?)
Dark Tan: PPC+3 (Or 3.5835)
Light Tan: PPC+0.25 (Or 0.475)
Green: PPC+0.2 (Or 0.2442)
P.S. It turned out to be latter, so:
Grey: PPC+3.462
Dark Tan: PPC+3.5835
Light Tan: PPC+0.475
Green: PPC+0.2442
Total: PPC+7.7647

You dont get bonuses for resources until the end of the game year. What factors are you contributing to your PPC? I'm a little confused by the information you posted.

This I know, and I am calculating for that. (as a RL months is about to change) The factors I am contributing are all laid out pretty plain to see, which has me confused by what you posted.

Just posted. Also, may I ask that in the battle mechanics, I notice that in ranged combat, I can attack the enemy without (the melee ones) returning fire. Is it possible to maintain the distance by riding horse, thus preventing the enemy from getting too close?

Unless the enemy is faster than you it would be hard for melee units to attack you. However other ranged units could attack you.
