Revamped some of the OP. Unfortunately among the 18 countries in Ceaden, 7 of them are inactive, while 4 more are on leave. We still have 7 active countries, though.

The next steps:

-Edit focus map (given by staff) with improvements you wish to make on your land.
-Submit list of improvements with focus map (settlements, fortifications, roads, etc)
-Submit your GDP, PPC, and Tax Rate. Submit to Ledger
-Begin Intro RP
-Create Fact book
-Declare your military on the Forces Declaration page, with complete stats of all units.
-Complete Intro RP.

As for the questions:

The land where Bennor once at is open, so you can claim there. Half of the peninsula northwest of Achesia is under conquest of Achesia, though, so you might not want to be at there for now.

There are no pre-defined climate/biome zones other than deserts, lakes and rivers (though they are not biome), as well as general altitude, so you are free to make your own in your land.

There are no official decision on whether it is the entire world, but contents of the quest implied it is not the entire world. It is most likely part of a larger round world, though.

I also TGed many of the inactive countries to ask whether they are still interested in Ceaden, so I think chances are we might lost half of them.

Well, in such case you can always tell us you are busy, and we will put your country on leave. That way we know you still want to be around without accidentally kicking you!

You will be listed as on leave once I have access to a proper computer. Good luck to you.

Still here but currently going through finals week and have not had the time to develop a thread really. So if you want to put my nation on vacation mode until May 16 then I will be finished with school and I will have the time to Rp. Thank you for understanding.
