Your Excellencies, Ladies & Gentlemen,
Today it is a great pleasure to announce that the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde will organise and host an international conference on Online Freedom, beginning on Monday December 20th 2011. The main objective for this conference will be to launch an international coalition of states committed to working with businesses, civil society, and relevant stakeholders to take concrete actions to advance Internet freedom worldwide.
It is therefore my pleasure to invite all members of the International Community, International Organizations and representatives from leading NGO's & companies to participate in this very important conference. This Conference will hopefully mark the beginning of the creation of a global coalition of countries committed to Internet freedom, which is an important step in establishing international support and joint action for the protection of freedom of expression, assembly, and association online for people worldwide.
