This evening, Emperor Jericho I announced the national cleansing of the Empire of Jeritoria. This would include the deportation of all citizens considered the following:
Ghetto
Emo and/or Gothic
Racist or Prejudiced of any race, sex, religion, etc.
Suspected to be Gang related, proof or no proof
The deportation of the categories indicated shall commence in exactly 30 minutes. "We cannot have our great nation tainted with this trash. Deportation shall be made by military force," spoke Emperor Jericho I.

Oh Revered and Wealthy Emperor Jericho I,

The Security Syndicate of the Black Plains is at your service, my good monarch. Who would know better than you, a divine emperor, what to do with the various trash that lies around your nation? But please, and I think only of your image in saying this, do not soil your hands by coming into contact with such disgusting vermin! Divine Emperors such as yourself know how important it is to accrue prestige for himself and for his armed forces. You would be sullying your hands and the image of your military if you put it to such a low, menial task as clearing out ghettos! However... something must indeed be done.

For this reason, I propose a deal. A transaction, more specifically. In exchange for what I believe is a very modest sum, the Security Syndicate of the Black Plains would send its own mercenaries to deal with these nasty ne'er-do-wells. I believe that the benefits of such action vastly outweigh our very modest and very competitive price. Most importantly, as previously mentioned, it would protect your image. Does the head of the household take out the garbage? No, he hires a menial servant to do such tasks! Think of us as your menial servants, my emperor. But even further, it would ensure that the operation would go off without a hitch. Though your soldiers are most assuredly devoted to their divine Emperor, they are still of your nationality. They may take pity on their fellow countrymen; a pity that none of our mercenaries would have. And because our mercenaries are not permanent members of your society and will only be present on a temporary basis, they would be far less likely to be tempted by any monetary bribes. I do hope that you consider my offer.
