Meanwhile, in the Ottoman Empire....

Russia had massacred the Advance Force and slaughtered the artillery which were following them in a deadly ambush. The Sultan was enraged. How dare these infidels kill these men? There were also questions raised of the efficiency of the Ottoman Army. The Siphahis and Janissaries were indeed brave, yes, but they were undisciplined. Speaking of "honour" and "glory", these men, while most definetely the cream of the Ottoman Army, were not enough. It was time to instill discipline. The Army required a complete overhaul. And so began the Nizam i Cedit, an ambitious reform drive designed to modernise the Ottoman Army and to discipline the troops: make them just as good as the European troops.

The Swedish diplomats urged the King to agree. We must assist the Coalition, lest our nation be taken too and our allies also destroyed!

Immediately, the King silenced them as he signed the paper, officially consigning Sweden into war against France and defending the Russians with their military. The sent were:

4 Professional Regiments of infantrymen
1 Spearmen/Archers Regiment
4 Regiments Dragoon (Cavalry)
1 Regiment Foot Artillery (90 cannons; 30 mortars)
5 Mounted Cannons and Mortars

100 Signal troops and 900 Medics with 3 Strategists.

* The infantry 1st reg't will come accompanied with the mounted artillery and 1 reg't of dragoons to the frontline.

* Medics and strategists will be deployed to Russian officials at their discretion.
* Signal troops will scout the terrain and French advance.
* The rest of the artillery will be stationed to the west of the French advancing line, i.e
somewhere behind them, along with the 2nd reg't infantry.

* The rest of Swedish army will await further orders.

Mate, numbers. Assuming a regiment of 3000, that many would be around perhaps a full field army- 90,000 men. That is a lot of troops to muster in such a short time, a humungous army. Also, logistics are off scale for such a large force, as are medics(too many) Revise.

EDIT: Sorry, was looking at complete military composition, but you have still sent an inordinately large body of men, around 30,000. This leaves you open for attack and is also still very hard to gather etc, and your medics still have too many men for such a small force. Try one medic per fifty men.

In what seemed like an outlandish idea, some of our infantrymen have been mobilised and ordered to take The Batavian Republic, remarkably close to the French Empire, If not in it.

Strategy:

Swedish troops will take Batavia's northeast will Norwegian troops take the direct north. Btw Denmark is no longer on Sweden's side. It has just secured a friendship with the enemy, Spain.

March to the Low Countries

The National Guard have been called up to service, and together with small detachments of Regular troops and Artillery, will march into Holland. (OOC Note: Batavia was replaced by the Kingdom of Holland! FIX!)

Strategy: Defeat Swedish Forces, then march through Denmark, gathering Danish troops as support, then destroy Sweden.

Will be redirected to Scandinavia. First, they will go through Denmark, picking up allied forces along the way, then invade Sweden proper. Then, a second front will be opened up against Russia, with the Armee d'Italie assaulting the southern part of Russia to open up a third front.

Well, firstly, I'm on the mainland, I'll reach these places way before your guys ever do.

Second: I invaded Sweden. My troops are already there.

Third: Denmark - Norway was an ally.
