Here is a peace agreement by Palmouth and Courezza. Here are the main points:

1. Tybra will have 2% GDP in both countries
2. Courezza will give Tybra 3 of their islands, Alima, Ellis Island and Firassani, which shall be renamed Tybran Alima, Tybran Ellis and Tybran Firassani.
3. Tybra will share South-East Al Barakesh with Palmouth and will have 2 Emirs, 1 from Tybra and another from Palmouth, which will be the current Emir, Emir Jackson I. A poll in the country should decide who should have control, Tybra, Palmouth or both.
4. Tybra will be allowed in the Alliance of Grittonia, under Grittonia's permission.
5. Tybra will be allowed to join the Great Coaliton, a group which will help each other in wars, or give aid after serious attacks
6. Under no circumstances, unless any country pulls out of the agreement, none of the 3 countries will be attacked.
7. Palmouth, Courezza and Tybra will become allies.

President Alfred Johnson was bareley even six when te first oil war began. Now he was in charge and could influence the events in some way. Regarding the treaty we counter it with the following.

Al Conania walked into a Tybran skyscraper with a Class V Blmb under his jacket. His goal was to blow up the skyscraper and begin a terrorist war on Tybra

OOC: This thread should have ended by now, but now the New Fija Islands have declared war, this should be the main thread for it.

IC: Palmouthian soldiers rushed into Tybra by fleet after hearing what was happening. They were too late, the skyscaper has blown up by some idiot from New Fiji Islands. Luckily, he died, but thousands of people were killed, including 2 Palmouth soliders, trying to bring him down. The soliders could not believe it, and decided to sleep the night in tents, before returning home the next morning. They were all upset, that idiot let not only Tybra down, but Palmouth and Courezza down too. The Queen said "Hope this is no sign of war, but that was too upsetting for everyone, they wanted peace in Tybra!"

We believe that we should try to use diplomacy. If it does not work, war is the only way.

The poll that will decide who will have control of South - East Al Barakesh will take place in October, Emir Jackson I will be leader until then, even though Tybra and Palmouth will share control during that time.

OOC: Tybra is that ok with you, it's just that Emir Jackson I is going to a funeral soon representing South - East Al Barakesh. And also there is no president yet, which we would like to elect before the poll in October.

OOC: oh no, no, no, no. First of, palmouth those soldiers could never even get into my nation, we might be allies on paper but that doesn't mean i'm tolerating foreign soldiers in my nation for some reason as terrorism. Which brings me to a my second point, there's no terrorism in the hoyl empire, sure people blow things up from time to time, but we tend to cover it up. We call them 'gas leaks'.

Third point, presidency, as the nation the holy empire of tybra, i see democracy as something vile and corrupted. We tolerate democracy in other nations, but the slightest sign of wishes of democracy get eradicated by the imperial guard. Therefore would there be even an attempt to create the office of presidency it will be sabotaged.

Finally, I've absolutely no problem with him representing south-east al barakesh.

Now on to the terrorist attack, NFI, how did the man get into my nation ( by plane or sea)? What type of building is he going to blow up (residential, commercial, governmental)? What the hell is a class V Blmb?

We are helping you, under any circumstances possible. This terrorist interference is destroying Tybra's recovery time from our (now regretted) attacks. Dear Tybra,

We believe that man landed in Palmouth by plane, then took one of our boats to your country, we had soliders chasing him in ships to get it back. He docked the ship, and while half the soliders brought it back to Palmouth, the other half chased that man (When I mean that man, I mean the man from New Fija Islands). He then climbed the skyscaper, and 2 soliders followed him. He then got a lagre bomb and before the 2 soliders could get him off, it exploded killing the man and the 2 soliders and burning down the skyscaper. The rest of the soliders were upset to have lost their 2 men and were angry the man blew the skycaper down, thinking terrorism was what he was promoting.

It's looks like New Fiji Islands hate you, and we are unimpressed with that,

Vladmir Antonio who snuck in with the other terrorist but wasn't found was inside another tall building of some buisness. His plan was to cause a domino effect of towers.

"Affirmitive, 4 can you get into postition on T junction, Leima and Jehn?" Says the man by the kieosk. He is watching the target in a red jacket, and 3 behind him.
"Rodger, 4 Foxtrot to T Junction"

"2 is mobile along Leima. Now Static next to Sport Store"
the man looks up to the Sports Store, and sees a Black Holden car pulling in. "Rodger"
"This is 4 I have Target"
"4 take target, 3 break off." He gets two confirmations. The target turns left following Jehn, 4 takes the trigger.
"4, on the trigger"
"2 mobile again, down Leima, turning left, be on Jehn in 50s"
"Rodger. One is moving past target...." the man, One, moves past the Kieosk and past the target. "Stand-by, stand-by!" Everyones lisening now "Targets on phone, Tech tap it!"
A bored voice comes on the line, "Already done."
One keeps walking like nothing has happened.

The system continues like this for a few blocks, 2 getting out of her car, and taking over for 3.
"Stand-by! Stand-by!" comes 4, "Target entering Tybra National Bank ((??))"
"This is One, 3 park down in sub-basement, 2 get briefcase from car, 4 break off, into building, cut ahead, 1 has Trigger!" This was all spurted out in a matter of seconds, everyone jumping to obey.

Vladmir Antonio has been unawear of the 4 people following him. He shruggs his sholders moving the Esh-Bag up on his sholder. man this is heavy! he thinks, but it will be worth it to see that building drop. A man in a black leather jacket runs infront of him into the bank. Ha, his appointment will be a waste. Vladmir opens the door to the bank, and holds it open for a yound lady walking through, It would be a pity to waste her though. He holds her in his mind, longing. Vladmir walks into the bank, and looks up in wonder. He lets out a low Whisle. It was huge. Rich. Powerful. More reason to destroy it. His dark green eyes search for the a sign. He found it. Vladmir walks past a bank guard, nodding to him, and goes towards the toilet.

"This is 4, past target into bank" said as he shrugs his leather jacket up. And walks towards the Private Vaults section.
"Affirmitive, this is 2, passing Target now." She walks past the target, who was holding open the door for her. She has her brief case in hand, and strolls in the direction of the private offices.
"This is 1, still has trigger, Target is foxtrot to Toilets.
"This is 3, now static in Sub-Basement.

Vladmir, now in the clothes of a city worker, walks out of the toilets. He looks down the stairs of the hallway, to the elevator. He smiles. Too easy. Vladmir walks down to the elevator, with his Esh-Bag in hand, and gets in, Hittign the button for Sub-elevator. He doesn't even notive the man in a polo shirt stepping into the stairway across the hall, or the man in leather jacket going into the elevator next door.

"Stand-by Stand By! Targets foxtrot across hallway..." Says 4 " I'm cut off, I'll move to see"
"Negitive, this is 2, He's going into the Elevator."
"Damn! This is 1, Foxtrot down stairs. 4 Take elevator next door."

One was to concerned to be angry, as he push through the door to the stairwell. "3 Target may be coming down to Basement" He says vaulting over the rails, and landing bad. He decides not to do that again, and rather takes the steps 4 at a time.
"Stand-by Stand-by! This is 3 I have Trigger!"
"Affirmitive, 1's ETA 10s"
"Rodger." Three is looking at the Target, not dressed in clothes of a City Worker. Then his mouth Drops "ITS TODAY! Get down here now!Permission to fire?!"
One opens the stairwell door and dives to the right. He peers around the Colom he was hiding behind. Shit shit shit! "Code Bravo 3! Target Has Bomb!"
"This is 4 coming out of elevator now!"
"2 comign down stairs" She says, pulling out her P-5 and switching on the laser light.

As the doors of the elevator open, and 4 steps out, his eyes widen. So do the targets, finally realising he's been followed. Bang. Coldness goes through 4, then searing white pain. He jumps down by a Roles-Royce car, and looks at his stomach. Son of a bitch BANG BANG BANG. The shots ring out in the Basement. 4 takes out his P-5 and messages in, "I'm hit! Hiding behind Roles-Royce"

Bang. Oh shit. One runs towards the man, but jumps back as the Target sees him. BANG BANG BANG. Shit! "I'm under fire!" then he hears the dreaded message;
"I'm Hit! Hiding Behind Roles-Royce."

"This is two coming down eastern stairwell"

"2 Hurry the hell up!" 3 says. Bang bang bang
One moves up a few cars, Bang Bang Bang. BANG BANG One spins around, the hot breath of a bullet passing his leg. "Son of a bitch! I liked these pants!" Bang bang bang bang. Ba-bang Ba-bang as three joins in firing
"2 out of stair well!"
"Take him out!" bang bang "NOW!" Click, Shick. Bang Bang, Ba-bang. The gun fight was like that of a Rap Symphony. a Constant beat.

BANG BANG BANG Vladmir drops the bomb and fires his Deagle at the man behind the holden. Then he feels hoit breath apon his neck.
