They have. I would like the rights to have a colony in Devon, in exchange for the invasion fleet turning back. Brittania has not responded yet.

Correct. As I have said before, the invasion has been halted. I am now just trying to establish friendly trade relations and a colony in Devon.

The thing is once he lets you establish a colony what makes him thing that you will not pull your invasion forces out? You now have access to the country from the inside.

No, no, no. The invasion forces have already backed off, Bravo Bomber. They are stationed in Tenerife, Canary Islands, the place of the diplomatic meeting. So, therefore, the only thing going in to that colony would be settlers and non-military supplies. The colony's protection would only come from Brittania. Also, you are invited to the meeting in Tenerife.

Patricant Ships have fired upon the coastal town of Ilfracombe, shelling parts of the harbor. It appears that some of the fishing district has been levelled. Ah,well, all invasions have casualties.

The Patricant Forces could taste victory. Throughout the span of 4 hours, they shelled Ilfracombe. They succeeded in taking all of the city and its outlying areas, but the Financial District still remained a Devonian stronghold. The tanks are planning to launch an attack against the Financial District, using 600 Army soldiers, 10 Ocelot military SUV vehicles, and 4 tanks.

At times, it is necessary to avoid war. This is one of those times. Wars of imperialist aggression will usually bring the downfall of a nation. Too many times, have I seen this happen. Its is now, this date in history, that you will remember as the time a conflict was halted in its tracks. We have studied the situation fairly closely, and as far as I and my companions within the ministry of war can see, Patricant has no obvious Casus Belli. Without an official claim for conflict, we refuse to recognize any claims made, or land taken by the Patricantian Government. Our soldiers, and machines of battle will stand, ever immobile as a barrier between the Allies of Patricant and their conquest. Yet, we will also stand as a barrier between the defenders of Devon and any counter-conquest that would have been made. Our goal, is to keep these nations from conflict, our goal is to prevent the loss of life. Our soldiers will not fire, unless first fired upon. A fair warning. Below we will attach an official order of battle, once we are able to organize it. We hope this is understood.

1 transport ship (carrying 4,000 troops,500 Humvees,5,500 AK-47s,ammo,and 8 bomb/mine sniffing rats)

1 escort drone(that can be converted into spy plane drones, used in spying fly-overs)

This new Unit should arrive in Croyde about the time that the rest of the Forces do.

The war in Devon and the war in Belize have already been settled by a coalition made up of Premislyd, Ganos Lao and us. The invasion of Devon was launched before this peace treaty was signed, so Patricant forces continued to fight against Devon. This confusion has been settled, and Patricant has recently announced it's withdraw from the war.

We encourage all nations involved to immediately withdraw their forces as well. We have already imposed many harsh terms upon Patricant, and it is no longer necessary to continue fighting. It would only be a complete waste of money,resources and lives. Patricant is already starting to disarm it's military as The Treaty of Belize requires it to do so. There is no reason for conflict anymore.
