As you may well know, a number of world leaders have taken a recent liking to visiting foreign places and touring the nations.
However, this fad is not without it's dark side. There are a number whom have,... had less then friendly greeting for the natives. Others come bearing gifts,... whilst others still come and ravage nations mercilessly and shamelessly.
Many do it on purpose. Others, it is an unintentional. Well, as unintentional as launching Biological warheads, but those big red buttons aren't all that secure.
Then there are those who's mere presence is a problem. Nuisance to say the least.
Those who somehow manage to suck the moral from the people.
Those who somehow manage to cause stocks to drop at the mere rumor of their intentions.
Those who somehow drive the populace insane, and cause mass suicides.
Those who are just simply annoying as all hell.
Like Dav's Land.
For quite sometime, the national leader has been flying about the universe, visiting nations and wearing on the nerves of a great many. Sometimes inexplicably launching attacks, or instigating rebellions. Even on those whom have visited his home, and brought gifts and good will.
Only to have their economy turned into a dump, and mocked. He is a leader who spends more time abroad than running his country, and interesting and rather despicable fact, when it is to be considered that nations need good, strong leaders willing to make sacrifices for their people.
We, of the Great Outlaw Government know as the Zebian Syndicate are one such target of this seemingly werewolf like change. And our tourism industry still has not recovered. We are also not alone, for we are allied with The Pyhrric-Annexed Bourgeois Americas in our annoyance. As such, we have deemed it prudent to finally draw a line in the sand.
With this said, War shall be declared. Total war shall not, however, be the standard. We do not wish to erradicate Canadian Dav's Land. Indeed, we have no reason too. But we have lost such a considerable chunk of an important industry, and taken hits to others due to his actions. And so, it is with great conviction that we announce are intent on exacting our revenge, one unit of currency at a time. Be it in destruction, or seizure of assets, it will be done.
