Before we turn this into another NSG Crush thread or whatever, its time to get back on topic.

Don't you mean a hate thread? I'm fairly sure not liking somebody doesn't qualify as liking somebody. But oh well. Back on the bandwagon we go.....

Anyone notice that the Empire of Symphonia just deployed over 10 million men?

And the fact he sent over 2 million tanks...

A close (or over) a one thousand ship fleet...

And the fact he has more tank and vehicle crews than he does ground infantry?

And close to 20,000 aircraft...

Wank anyone?

I have an army of about 80 million in total. So I could if I wanted to. Besides, the defense budget has about 23% of my total spending.
I could revise it down if you wanted to, but usually a country will launch a vengeful counterattack after being invaded by an army inetnt on destroying the entire nation.

Besides, you should tell that to Diol. He is currently invading my country and supposedly bombing every city on the coast. I don't recognize him though....

Oh please. Any high-class MT/PMT nation has the capability of reducing the nuclear fallout just enough to migitate the major health effects, as well as providing the necessary equiptment to protect its soldiers.

Besides, I already took note of that nuke. My army isn't going anywhere close to Tokyo anyway. I don't recall Dave nuking Shikoku and northern Honshu.

2 million tanks to ten million man is at the very least a bad idea. Assuming it takes four men to use one tank then that present certain obstacles on your nations capacity to do anything but tank warfare which in this conflict is of neglible importance.

Lol, reading this made me go back and recheck my math. I just realized that if I used 4 troops per tank, then I'd only have 500,000 troops left...and then I'd need to reduce for the aircraft and other stuff as well.....

:palm:

OK, I'm going back to revise. Will be done after school ends. >.<

Tokyo? I think you're reading it wrong here, from the launching position the HK-7s wouldn't have the range to hit Tokyo, as I tried to show in the primitive example of range linked in my post and copied below. The blue circle is the area to be hit, although within the post was also noted the target priorities, with Kyoto and specifically ICBM silos up top of the list. Even though I've included an updated one including the entire missile range, the original is the targeted landmass.

http://i43.tinypic.com/2wc1k6s.png <- Original

http://i43.tinypic.com/ayvxqc.jpg <- Updated attempt to show whole radius.

The size and sudden appearance of your naval forces are abit confusing though, given how they've swanned past multiple fleets both Coalition and Dystopian to appear with a moment's notice just off the coast with enough ships to put Operation Overlord to shame. Heck, you haven't even got any sealift ships for those millions of troops your bringing, which also raises the question of how you'll bring all the big non-carrier capable aircraft.

And, I've gotta ask, what is this 'capability to mitigate nuclear fallout' beyond regular NBC capability? It's not as though the radiation is going to dissapear just because you've got NBC suits. Here the armoured-heavy force would help, but the main problem I can see is mounting an amphibious landing under those conditions, especially with a seemingly non-existant sealift force.

You're also in a very dangerous spot, taking into account how he's now throwing ballistic weaponry at my forces with no provocation beyond his being attacked by someone else, after all HK7s are on the market for everyone to buy.

I am intending on entering as a neutral observer, into this conflict, just to monitor what is going on, primarily because of the British Empire's colonies and interests in Asia. However, the roleplay already seems to have advanced over 500 posts in (on the main thread), and I simply don't have the time to trudge through every post, so could somebody give me a summary of what has happened so far?

So you are putting all those troops in a country ravaged by nuclear detonations/fallout with undoubtably big food shortages, surrounded by a large coalition force and on the verge of being nuked?

And they just happened to arrive straight away? As Daveia pointed out, they went past ignored completely by coalition fleets?

Come on man, you can't expect us to take you seriously if you pull that crap.

1) I don't believe that you've just laid waste to every square inch of Japan. Nuclear fallout is a problem, and I'll factor that in my posts. Why do I need to do it now?

2) Are you seriously thinking that this little war should end with nuclear detonations? Thats stupid and makes this RP have an anti-climatic ending. Didn't you think about actually invading Japan instead of having it burn under an infinite amount of nuclear weapons?

3) None of the major coalition navies are in the North Pacific are they? Please read the location of my forces before saying I bypassed everyone, because I certainly do not ignore the location of my allies. As I recall, Japan hasn't enough forces to intercept a massive armada when he is being pounded in Midway, Hawaii, Taiwan, and Kyushu.

4) What do want me to do, huh? Instead of telling me that I'm "pulling crap" and sounding like I'm trying to save the same country that attacked me with the intent of annexing me into their empire, why don't you suggest what I could do to help in the Rp?

One part that got abit missed out on though, something which is a pretty big deal considering the sizes of forces you're trying to carry in.

Heck, you haven't even got any sealift ships for those millions of troops your bringing, which also raises the question of how you'll bring all the big non-carrier capable aircraft.
