Had to resort to TGing GEIJD, he's been avoiding the nuking for far too long now. All in an effort, it seems, to muster more allies to bring in to try to save himself from the annihilation he's already visited apon himself.

All i really have to say is GEIJD should either retcon the entire thing or respond to it propperly - Stop fanny-footing around it. The players on both sides of the conflict deserve that much. Your attempts at making a linear ending to this conflict is also plain silly - It's a Roleplay for a reason.

If you do choose to respond to it propperly, try not to have a huge post for each. Save time and drop the Japanese phrases pulled off the internet and give a short but sweet response to everyone so everyone can move on, my Kahzakstani friend.

By the way, I've updated the terms that I'll be offering GEIJD in the IC thread soon. They will be written more formally than this and without OOC references, obviously.

- Unconditional surrender of all Japanese forces and the Japanese government to coalition forces.
- Immediate ejection of current Japanese government from office for members of the Japanese government to face prosecution by coalition forces for war crimes and other misdimenours.
- Immediate surrender of all military equipment to the coalition to be redistributed at a later date.
- Reduction of Japanese military numbers to no more than 750,000 personnel. This includes all branches of the military, police and intelligence services.
- GEIJD is to have no associated mercenary or PMC groups whatsoever.
- GEIJD is to hand over any and all Lyran weaponry to coalition forces, and the planned 3 Longswords being sent to GEIJD will be allowed to be intercepted by FSSO forces without argument.
- Total nuclear disarnament for Japan - this means no nuclear weapons and no nuclear powered military equipment.
- Moves toward sensible government in GEIJD - this means the ejection of all current government officials from office, with some going on trial for war crimes and the election of a new government. The emperor may remain but he cannot have an active, powerful role. He must become a toothless head of state, essentially.
- A manufacturer and tonnage/armnament specific weapons imports ban - preventing GEIJD from importing any weapons we don't approve of.
- GEIJD must reduce his air force to levels where it cannot feasibly strike any targets beyond the waters of the Home Islands. Not thousands of planes, but hundreds.
- GEIJD's navy must have similar restrictions, and a tonnage limit of 40,000 tonnes per ship maximum. No submarines, no amphibious assault equipment, and only conventional, small aircraft carriers.
- Complete liberation of any and all Japanese territories apart from the home islands.
- The FSSO must be allowed to establish some bases on the home islands as other nations seem to be doing so. This is to ensure that if GEIJD comes under unreasonable attack from a foreign entity the new GEIJD state can be defended, and that if Japan itself tries to 'rise from the ashes', so to speak, it will quickly be quashed.
- Several other nations have economic development plans for GEIJD, and mine is one of them; we would invest in GEIJD infastructure in return for guaranteed economic contracts with the new GEIJD government.
- The new, limited GEIJD military will doubtless be structured by the coalition, and the FSSO will support that by helping out.
- GEIJD will be paying reperations to many - the FSSO would probably require less reperations than the most affected nations, such as Tehraan, but it would need compensation to cover the expenditure of deploying a large force to this theatre of war.
- Military commanders who are suspected of war crimes will hand themselves in to coalition forces.
- GEIJD forces on Taiwan will be instructed by the GEIJD Emperor himself to surrender.

In advance I shall issue a warning: If you break from any of these terms, IC'ly or OOC'ly, or even look at the FSSO or coalition funny, then I guarantee we will withdraw all economic support and methodically destroy your military.

Useful Daveia (Or the Administratus as he likes to be called) launched ~250 megatons of munitions at GEIJDS homeland in retaliation after intercepting a communique saying that GEIJDs going to do the same to the Coalitions homelands.

Also, to rectify my Kazakh statement prior. I've spoken to GEIJD and gotten IP confirmation (at least from his Dragons Fury website) that he's roughly around Tokyo. So, with my hat in my hand, I do offer an apology to GEIJD. His nationality was in question after several bizzare statements in Japanese, and is still in question by some people. But, yeah, apologies.

handing over part of the home islands is a bit much. the man does want to RP in the future and having control of one city on his homeland would screw things up for him.
We should limit ourselves to only asking for territory in his other declared territories. If their are territories no one wants then we grant it independence. But Japan should keep his control over the home islands.

Your Empire is different due to several factors.

You have the economic, military and cultural power to hold together a large empire. GEJD does not. You also control lands that together are comparable in size to Asia, you don't control Asia, Europe and Africa that would be ridiculous

The culture differences between Europe, Africa and Asia? The Austrian-Hungarian Empire could hardly keep it's corner of the Balkans quiet so how do you expect Japanese Dystopia to do the same? Especially when you consider the current status of the Japanese economy and military.
