"Well, he's certainly emotional for a diplomat." Brandy Contessa whispered to the Emperor, who laughed after the Duke left the room. "We would like to let everyone in the room know that the Ruffnekian fleet was clearly planning military action against the Noravean fleet. It was an act of defense."

"well whats the update on our forces" the duke asks while sitting around a dinner table with his guards eating and international breakfast

"sir the forces are doing good the fleet remains at 86% strength and the warfleet is enroute" one guard named surak said

"any news about the legion?" another guard called romana asked with a hint of curiosity in his voice

"well the legion is going be on the debate tomorrow over their rights if the debate goes to plan then they will have full control of the military and be allowed onto the streets without the armor on" the duke replies with all honestly then shoving a spoon full of baked beans into his mouth

"good im starting to hate the site of this armor" replies surak with hatred in his voice

"ok umm surak and turana i want you two to represent our kingdom at the table and you both have permission to take your helmets off but only when you are back in the conference" the duke says as he looks at them both

"yes sir" both surak and turana said as they stood up and walked back towards the elevator to back to the conference room

"Ah, Duke, welcome back." Brandy Contessa said as she stood up. The Emperor stood up as well. "Now, shall we get back to business on negotiations. We demand that Noravean ships be allowed into the ports of Anglo-Saxon. It is the right of any nation to trade with whomever they want, and preventing that would be a breach of international law."

surak turns to face the human who had just spoke to them 2 we have no restricted your entry to the ports in anyway, we were escorting the convoy through the area who YOU attacked killing 20,000 civilians, now we demand to know why you attacked the unarmed merchent ships in the convoy WHY DID YOU DO IT???" suraks anger was starting to show as was a person who did not like anyother human than the Ruffnekians who helped out his species and gave them a future when they moved into his country

"the submarines were only making sure you intentions were not to be anywhere near our fleet and it seems you engaged us first when our ships were only armed for small skirmishes not massive battles like this" surak said with a lot of hatred in his words "you are lucky we havent decided to cleanse your country yet!"

"The legion does not crumble under pressure,the legion only has one goal, you can keep your people our warfleet will be allowed to pass through the area unharmed so it can reach its destination once this is done only then will we begin pulling out the task force in the area and we will declare ourselves neutral and out of the battle" surak said with a smile on his face "in the meantime keep you fleet well away from our task force and warfleet

The lord, who has been sitting quietly, listening for well over an hour now, spoke up. "Ahem. This turned from a peaceful embargo to a war between a country 5 times as big as the other. I ask that you do not fight a war not needed. Leigonaires, you are cocky, disrespectful, idiots. As for the others, you are an blasphemy to our world! But, sitting here for over an hour has led to this descision. If Ruffnekia, a small, weak nation, tries to go to war with a much larger, more sophisticated nation such as Norvia, we will back Norvia. Our allies will be called and innocent lives will be lost for such a stupid issue. Ruffnekia, back down now! Same with you Norvia!" the lord was obviously mad but annoyed with the arrogance with Ruffnekia and the stupidity with Norvia.

[OoC: Ruffnekia, could you use quotation marks when someone is speaking? I find it hard to see the difference between description and talk.]

The Supreme Emperor was heard laughing from behind the monitor of the Laptop that was sitting over on the side of the table for the Shazbotdom Delegation. "I'm sorry but this whole conflict is making me laugh hysterically over here. 'If so and so attacks so and so, I'll take the side of the larger nation'? Is that seriously what you are going to do?" He then takes a sip from an elegant cup. "This entire conference has turned from wanting to stop a unwarranted Blockade to a dick measuring contest between you three. I'm sorry but I am tempted to invade both Noravea and Ruffnekia for shits and to end this entire thing once and for all."

He is then seen to lean back in his chair to await their reply.

"We are not taking the side of the larger nations. We do not support Ruffnekia as they threatened war for issuing an embargo on Archnar, which is the reason why we're here! Now, please, back to matters."

OOC: I can't do any full blown wars at all since my hometown is reeling in from the hurricane still, so don't even think of starting any ways.

IC:

"Noravea did nothing to start this conflict!" Contessa yelled. "We simply wish to trade with a nation. You embargo a nation, that is one thing, its just your own refusal to trade, but when you blockade a nation, it causes economic effects which reach worldwide! Nations who rely on trade with AS, import or export foods, or rely on certain industries will go poor because of some stupid argument over morals! We don't condone slavery at all in Noravea, but we believe nations have the right to trade with other nations, without the threat of being sunk. We will no longer fire on Ruffnekian ships, if you leave the battle area."

"yes we will leaving the battle area we have had 1 black day in this war and military must now be shifted to other frontiers" the two reptilians stood up and left the room putting there helmets back on and grabbing their guns on the way out of the door

"we have stood down because it is in the interest of the alliance that is all now lets get back to our warship" surak said to the other legionnaires
