Fiducia, Noravea
Palazzo di Vittoria
The Emperor, Nicholas, sat in his office awaiting for the arrival of Archnar's President. Emperor Nicholas, of the Casa di Caeus, a royal house which he himself founded less than a year ago, had been the leader of Noravea since 15 March 2010, when he led a Revolution against the old government. He was declared Emperor, and ruled since then. The 16 year old leader had curly black hair, which was uncut for the last few months. It appeared very curly to many, even becoming his trademarked look. His brown eyes seemed relaxed, and his unshaven face showed signs of a beard growing. He looked out of the window of the Palazzo di Vittoria, a true triumph to Noravean architecture, a structure that was nearly 6,500 feet tall, and using the strongest metals and stones, can keep standing for an eternity. It was completed only two months ago, but was a triumph, a monument to Fiducia, to the Emperor himself.
The building was where the conference with the leaders was to take. The building looked almost like a wedding cake, each level getting smaller as it increased in size. Over 5 levels were present, extending upwards of some 4,500 feet into the sky. A 6th and 7th level made up the remaining 1,500 feet, while a massive 200 foot tall statue of the Emperor himself stood on top of the building. The structure housed museums, the Senate, and the Assembly. Offices and residences of Ministers were in the structure, and the Emperor's personal residence was at the highest levels of the massive structure.
The Emperor stood up, wearing white and purple robes, along with several military medals on his sash. An eagle carrying a shield with 3 fasces on it showed he was the Emperor of Noravea. Others were from military campaigns he participated in, many with the Itailian Empire, who were close allies of his. He quickly left the office, followed by two government officials. The first was Brandy Contessa, or known as the Contessa of Fiducia by the people. She was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and had been a trustful aid of the Emperor for the last year and a half. The second person was the more mysterious Michael Cicci (Or known as Michele Cicci by most people). Cicci was the Emperor's Chief of Staff, and usually would deal with lower level officials for the Emperor, who preferred not to be bothered by lower level officials.
"Old Country Hall." the Emperor said to the elevator attendant. The door to the elevator opened, showing a glass wall showing a full view of the city from the height they were at. The mountains in the distance were clear, a view that would impress even the Emperor, who was rarely impressed by anything. "You two, I expect you to be on your best behavior with the Archnar President. Last time with the leader of Itailia was inappropriate."
"Yes, sir." Contessa said, bowing to her leader. "We apologize for that incident, we know now that other leaders do not know our customs."
"Good." the Emperor said. "I'll be doing most of the talking. Other leaders should be arriving later today."
The elevator stopped, and the door swung open to the meeting hall, which was empty besides 12 massive panoramic windows surrounding the circular room, giving full view of the beautiful mountains and the city below. They were over 6,300 feet up in the building, at the highest level open to other leaders. Four stories were above the room, and were the private residence of the Emperor. Above that, the massive statue of the Emperor himself. In between each panoramic window was a statues of the 12 Martyrs, or the 12 Gods of Noravea, which stood nearly 35 feet tall. They were all personifications of the 12 Freedoms, and their images based off of people who died in the Revolution a year and a half ago. On the ceiling was a massive fresco of Noravean history, depicting battles and religious scenes, one of the many areas in the building which can rival the Sistine Chapel ceiling.
In the center of the room, a massive circular table, in the center was a projector, which can display maps usually. All around the room, Noravean flags were hung from the statues, as usual, but other flags of the nations attending would replace the some of the Noravean flags. The Emperor knew he would impress the Archnar leader with the might of the building itself, as well as most other leaders with the structure itself. All he had to do now was wait for Archnar's leader to arrive, and the leaders of other nations.

Palazzo di Vittoria, also nicknamed "Palace of the Sun". Constructed in 2011, it stands 6,500 feet tall in the capitol city of Fiducia, and is the center of Noravean government. (OOC: Replace the Lenin statue with a statue of a heavy set Italian-American
