War was coming to the galaxy. No, that wasn't quite right. War had already come. It just had yet to reach it's climax, something which would hopefully never happen. Unfortunately, both major players in this conflict were determined to paint the galaxy red with the blood of their enemies, as well as likely everybody who refused to join their cause.

As for the Genomitans, they had decided to stay neutral in this conflict between the Human-Front-Alliance and the aliens, which meant that both sides were bount to come "knocking on their door" sooner or later, either to ask or coerce them into joining their side or to wipe them out. And so the Genomitans had decided to dig in and await the inevitable attack. Below Qaura's green skies the frozen grounds were crawling with biodrones which whad been designede to bury deep into the ice to avoid orbital bombardment. Many others hid in the cold waters below the frozen surface, ready to burst out and attack enemy forces the moment they touched the ground. Crawlers, biotanks and exobeasts, all controlled by neurally-linked members of the Genomitan defense force assembled at well-hidden outposts, their senses perfectly accustomed to the surroundings. Auxillary units comprised of alien species allied with the Genomitans were stationed in areas from where they could quickly provide support.

Meanwhile the space surrounding Qaura was becoming ever more crowded as slow but resilient bioships and the ships of the Genomitans' allies began to take their positions in some distance around the planet, their acute senses scanning the void around them for signs of hostile activity. The same was happening above the other four planets of the system, though the ratio of the bioships and the allied ships varied somewhat between the planet. Knowing that the attack could come from any direction and not just the "front" the "back" left or right, the high command of the defense force had decided to spread it's forces as equally as possible, though Qaura, being the home planet of the Genomitans as well as hosting their capital city was surrounded by the largest and most powerful fleet.

Yes, war would eventually come to the Genomitans. And when the time would come, the Genomitans will do what they do best. they would defend themselves, adapt, and finally push their opponents back. Then, when they had made their point clear they would return to their positions and negotiate with their unsuccesful invaders. It was not the way of the Genomitans to invade their enemies.

Fleet Humanities' Pride arrived from the Cykomene-Dyson-Swarm at the nearby Dante-system. It was, with 12 capital ships, the largest fleet of Cerberus. In one of those dreadnoughts there was the Sky marshal of Cerberus, the second in command of the private organization. Soon he might be CEO, as his superior was about to be killed by Tau. But the Sky Marshal wasn't here to fight. He was here to execute just another turn of the intergalactic chess.

Genomitans!
I greet you, for we are the most similar species in this war-torn galaxy. The aliens united to fight us, although we aren't the aggressors. Millions of innocent were killed. Now they siege Terra. Our kind will live for no longer if you do not act against those atrocities! To witness such murders and not to act is evil! We require your help! Remember: You are alien to us, but you are also alien to the others. You might be the next. Only together we might face the enemy usurpers.
"Seriously though, the amount of xenophobia you managed to squeeze into just one post is rather impressive, to say the least. If there really was an FT nation or Alliance as xenophobic as the ILoHS, I'd honestly feel sorry for all those they would consider their enemies."-Genomita referring to the Intergalactic League of Human Sovereignties and my humble nation.
