"Hm..." another figure responded, thoughtfully. "Forward them the report on the Aldardan War, along with the efforts of Prizyetsa and Kauvara during the conflict. Do not give any reason as to why, and ensure it is untracable. Just send the report, and the report alone. I want nothing else attached to this. It'll be as if we left it on his doorstep, rang the bell, and ran off before he could answer and figure out who was there. We'll let their leader do with the information what he wants."

OOC: Short version is that Kauvara and Prizyetsa came to the aid of the Aldardans who were caught between Kommandoria and another superpower. While they were unable to save the nation of Aldard, they were able to save almost all of the civilians, ensuring they could create a new nation set aside by Kauvara and Prizyetsa.

Also, all terrestrial above-ground movement (i.e. not submarines/satellites) and coastal naval movement is being secretly tracked by IKSF cells at the expense of general infantry combat readiness. In other words, all focus is being put on intelligence-gathering, as opposed to force organizing. Only the IKAC and V Legion "Helios" have managed to mobilize (status of VI Legion "Prizyetsum" is controlled by Prizyetsa until our forces meet). No other unit, not even the two fleets of IKN, can be ready until intel-gathering stops. Thought I'd make it fair by including some kind of crutch to the ultimate recon for RPing purposes, even if it isn't realistic that there would be one XD

PPMS Spøk, The Mid-Atlantic

The PPMS Spøk, or "Ghost", was a brand new stealth sub, designed in secrecy, even from Prizyetsa's allies, for stalking and destroying enemy subs. Usually there would be 2 or 3 of these subs working in a pack to destroy all targets and to cause maximum confusion to the enemy command structure. The Spøk was also equiped with the new SS-ASM-01 anti ship missile, which could be fired from under the sea while on the move. At this moment, she was stalking a supply fleet, with only 3 destroyers. An easy target, if she had had orders to destroy it. At the moment, other than sonar pings, the navy was only to use defensive weapons unless attacked. That was not likely. Like a shark, she silently moved through the water, following wherever the fleet was going.

"They're flying Salvaran colors..." the captain mused.
"Orders, sir?"
"Mark their position and take us down to 20 meters."
"Aye, taking us down to 20 meters, sir."
"I hope this thing can do what they say she can do..."

People were moving back and forth, sending messages to the right person to be sent on. Peiterson, the CO had seen this all before. Mobilisation, intervention, destruction. War was always the same. He didn't like the idea of it, but he wasn't in the military to fight someone else's war. At most, he was there to protect the civilians left behind in the combat zone, and to protect his nation...

"Sir, logistical fleet in the Mid-Atlantic, confirmed as being Salvaran."
"Who spotted them?"

A Kauvaran officer from VI Legion "Prizyetsum" looked over the shoulder of the Prizyetsan technician. "Let me see that... It reads that the Salvarans are on the move. A highly-encrypted message between the DSP and Salvarity was also intercepted, but remains unreadable. What shall we do with this information, Peiterson? VI Legion 'Prizyetsum' and the 8492nd KF-11 Air Wing are at your disposal."

"We do nothing. The most we can do now is stalk their fleet, and see where they're going, and eventually, who they're helping. I'll only make my move after that. As for information gathering, we have over 50 subs out there right now just listening for traffic and then stalking any ships they pick up."
"I see." the Kauvaran officer replied. "Are you sure you do not want to deploy yet?"
"Absolutly certain." Peiterson replied.

PPMS Spøk, Mid-Atlantic

"Speed?" the captain asked.
"Currently trailling the Salvaran fleet at 20 knots."
"Sound level?"
"Currently running near-silent. There's alot of background noise caused by their ships, they won't hear us at this rate." the sonarman replied.
"Good, good..." the captain said, stroking his snow white stubble. "Keep on this heading. Anybody want tea?" he said, getting out of his chair at the center of the bridge.
"Yes please" two of the bridgemen replied, smiling.

At the Krieg Grid, deep within Mount Kaaltyr...

Superior High General Klaus von Auberwitz looked at report after report. He frowned, annoyed. Then he smirked, his confidence had been reinvigorated. He had been momentarily irritated that so many countries would dare aid the DSP. Who were they to look down on the mighty nation of Kommandoria? Had they gone mad? And now he was receiving reports that sonar operator's eardrums had been shattered by unknown foes? Indeed, Kommandoria had manufactured atrocious weapons in the past, (in)famous for its defiance of "civilized weaponry treaties", but this was unbelievable. Kommandorian weapons were meant to kill as many soldiers as possible within a large area. The results of these weapons were almost always instantly lethal. But this...this crossed the line. What was the purpose of destroying a man's hearing, especially in such a gruesome way? No. There would be no mercy for any enemy of Kommandoria at this point. His confidence was rising.

Auberwitz: You there! Kommunications officer!

KO: Sir!

Auberwitz: Transmit this message to all nations involved in this conflict.

KO: Ready, sir.

Auberwitz: Attention all sovereign nations! This is the Superior High General of all branches of the Kommandorian Military! Let it be known that we have now adopted a total war policy! Join us and prosper! Stand aside if you wish to continue your existence! Should you be so foolish as to stand in our way, you will be struck down and suffer the same fate in store for the DSP! We care not for civilians! We only desire the plundering and devastation of the DSP! This is your final warning. Aid us, avoid us, or you will be crushed under the boots of Our Most High Royal Kyzar!

The energetic warning drove the entire Krieg Grid into a frenzy. Cheers, warcries, and shouts rang out everywhere.

Auberwitz: If you wish to aid us in our mission, inform us immediately! Fire will blaze within the darkness! Heil der Kyzar!

Once again, a deafening, patriotic roar boomed throughout the bunker complex. Auberwitz stormed out of the room and muttered under his breath. "We will not be defied..."

General Gavenson walked into the command bunker. "Talk to me," he called out to anyone listening. "Sir, IKSF cell reports have been rerouted to us from the hidden operations bunker. It appears all of the Darklands is about to descend into war. Our Prizyetsan allies are maintaining a wait-and-see policy. Our cells are also tracking all enemy movements, be they military, propaganda, or otherwise. However, this is at the cost of other troop readiness levels. Only your V Legion 'Helios' and the IKAC are currently active. The largest enemy movement was relayed to us from IKSF Cell 'Africanum;' large numbers of Salvaran, DSPian, and Kommandorian ships are headed for Lolzieristan (Western Europe), which looks to be where the main, deciding battle will take place. Kommandoria has also adopted a total war policy, indicating they will fire on anything that moves that doesn't have a Kommandorian tricolor, including civilians. What are your orders, sir?" a technician answered.
Gavenson paused. "Continue to monitor the situation. I have it on good authority that we might hear from President Beslavaky of Lolzieristan any time now. When we do, we will decide what course of action to take after consulting with Prizyetsa."
"Yes, sir," the technician replied, relaying the orders to the rest of the IKAF.
"Beslavaky, this war is coming to you... What will you do...?" Gavenson thought to himself.

"Put it on then!" Peiterson replied, sipping his tea.
The main screen flickered, and showed a figure in an ornate uniform.

My name is 3-Star General Matthias Gavenson. I served alongside many of your Prizyetsi brothers and sisters during the Aldardan War. I have been chosen to lead the Kauvaran forces in this operation due to my experience with both Kommandoria and Prizyetsa. May I first say that, although I hope it does not come to it, I will be honored to fight alongside Prizyetsa once again. May I also extend my condolences with regards to the loss of Alec Ilanson. He was a personal friend of mine, and a good man.

Anyway, on to business. Should hostilities commence, I have the following proposal: I will put VI Legion "Prizyetsum" under your command. I will take my primarily-aerial V Legion "Helios," and handle the skies for our combined force. This includes everything from paradrops to aerial troop transfers to CAPs, et cetera, including all aerial evacuation of civilians. In short, leave the sky to us, and we'll leave the sea to you. We can take command of our respective ground forces once they have reached their deployment zones. Is this acceptable?

Also, we are sending you a shipment of newly-constructed PM-2 "Vos" and PM-2/A "Zee-vos" multirole aircraft (40 (one wing/10 squadrons) each) that you ordered via a large IKGF convoy, as well as 4 KF-11 "Foxclaw" fighters as a token of goodwill. They should arrive at our shared border shortly. You should find all of their paperwork to be in order.

OOC: Whoaa haha I need to clarify what I meant. I was just saying we'll fight anyone who opposes us. I never just randomly kill civilians. No one needs to fly my tricolor either. I just meant inform me if you don't want any trouble or if you want to aid me. And as for Lolzieristan, I didn't know he was in Western Europe. Even so, isn't he aiding me since the Sovietyeto kinda is?

As Beslavaky read through the report, he was becoming less and less sure of his choice. It seemed that the nations he was going against were traditionally more humanitarian than his prospective allies, but on the other hand, his allies had just declared 'total' war over what may well have been an accident; what KAMALIV news was saying sounded more like the result of a torpedo skimming across the side of a submarine's hull than an intentionally-designed weapons system. Coupled with the fact that they were geographically closer to him, he still didn't know what to do with himself. He began debating aloud, different parts of his psyche filling the roles of affirmative and negative. "If I switch now, those brutes would torch our entire country, especially since this would be perceived as a betrayal." He responded to himself, "But if we get involved on the side of Kommandoria, who knows what atrocities our name will go beside in the history books!"
Neg retorted, "And what atrocities will contain our name if we do lose? I would rather read 'Lolzis Involved in DSP Genocide' than "Soviets involved in Lolzi Genocide'!"
The debate went on for entire minutes, with his brain becoming more and more like the Cross-Examination debate team he had been in back in high school...only instead of arguing hypothetical nuclear armageddons and genocides, they were more than real to him now.

His final decision was somewhat of a compromise. Lolzieristan would remain on the side his gut had suggested to him earlier, but he would redirect a number of his forces to the defense of his homeland. He also decided he would try to convince the other men of the Kommandorian Coalition to give his forces a larger role in urban warfare; in such a position, his generals could presumably cut down on the punishment of civillians for their leaders' aggressiveness. His intelligence reported that the submarine forces of both sides were absurdly strong in comparison to his own. The sailors of the Lolzi Navy's Submarine Division were some of the best in the world, but he knew from his friends' conversations and from official briefings that they were only trying to compensate for comparatively inferior technology. He also remembered what one of his admirals said during a military budget meeting:

"In today's navies, it seems as if the ships are doing more fighting than the sailors aboard them!"

His enraged voice echoed through Beslavaky's mind. He had been moving for an increase to the LNSD's budget. The rest of the military, especially Counterinsurgency Branch, cut him down. "Who needs submarines in today's wars, anyway?", they chided. "Everyone knows all they do is get sunk by surface ships!" Beslavaky rebuked himself for the mistake, understanding now that the wars they had fought in the past were exceptions to the rule; even though the enemies' submarines were better, they hadn't made full use of them. The fools had just used them for fleet defense; the exact opposite of a submarine's mission and its soul as well. In the future, I'll fix that, he thought, but he decided to make a more conservative use of his navy for the time being. The total wound up being around 600,000 troops being pulled back, as well as a number of carrier battle groups. He sent out the corresponding communiques to the nations he felt should hear, and waited to see what he had done.

OOC: I'm actually not in Western Europe. Look at a map of Central Asia, combine Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, and replace Iran with a sea to see a rough image of my country. Unless you oppose modifying the map of Earth, in which case I'd be all the Caucasus nations rolled into one...Georgia, Azerbaijan, etc.

Reports flooded in from across the world. The Krieg Grid was taking in huge amounts of information when a surprise visitor showed up...

The multiple blast doors of the main room slid open with a "hisss". Immediately, everyone in the room fell to their knees and bowed their heads in silence. Four Celestial Royal Guardsmen of Kommandoria strode in slowly. Their heavy body armor clanked as they entered. All that could be heard in the enormous room was the deep breathing of the Guardsmen through their large complex gas masks. In the center of their square-shaped formation was The Most High Royal Kyzar himself, Leonardo de Vespucci XVI. The ruler of Kommandoria took his time in approaching the kneeling Klaus von Auberwitz.

Vespucci: Rise...

Auberwitz cautiously stood up but his head remain bowed.

Vespucci: *clearing his throat* I thank you and your men for their respect of me. Tell me, Klaus...

Auberwitz shuddered; the most powerful and revered man in the country had referred to him by his first name.

Vespucci: ...how are we faring in the eyes of the world?

Auberwitz struggled to gather the words but he was paralyzed.

Vespucci: Come now. Are we seen as villains? Devils? Monsters?

Auberwitz: *struggling to speak* Ahm...

The Royal Kyzar raised his hand, and Auberwitz grew silent again.

Vespucci: You need not say it. I am aware. Sadly, the world does not see us for what we truly are. Liberators. Liberators and Imperialists. We are the superior nation. Therefore, why should we not spread our greatness around the globe?

Still, the room was quiet.

Vespucci: We do not slay innocents, nor will we ever, regardless of whether or not they are clearly inferior to us. Those who openly oppose us, however, must be removed from existence. The world's opinion of our methods in doing so does not matter in the slightest bit. The Dictatorship of the Scocialist Republics must be made an example of. We will set their cities ablaze in the Arctic night. Then the world will know the true meaning of our flag and what we stand for. I trust you will handle the matter, Klaus?

Auberwitz continued to bow his head, unworthy to look at his ruler.

Auberwitz: I will handle it, mein Kyzar.

Vespucci: Excellent.

The Royal Kyzar then rotated to face the door and raised a fist. The Celestial Royal Guardsmen gathered around him and escorted him back to his palace in Konigzspire. As soon as they had left, everyone in the Krieg Grid went back to work.

Auberwitz: Kommunications Officer, telegram the Lolzieristanis that we will spare civilians, so long as they do not resist us. We are not genocidal. We are liberators...

OOC: So far, I've assumed that Kommandoria, Sovietyeto, etc are in the west, and the DSP is more to the east. Is that right?

Over Cape Slaviak, the capital of the DSP, dawn slithered through the hours like a snake in the deserts south. The DSP is a flat desert to the south, where uranium andnother radioactive materials were abundant. The north was a mountainous tundra, almost impossible to reach. But to the north west, it is vulmerable and easily taken. In cape Slaviak, smack dab in the middle, Maximus stood with a blank face on his balcony, overlooking the city. The sight of aircraft buzzing around the city was a rather warming sight. Three hueys flew almost directly above Maximus, creating a ruckus. As both their sound and sight vanished into the horizon, Keriolenko walked onto the balcony with a confident facial expression.

"Sir. We have wonderful news." He informed Maximus

"Ah. What might this be? I will appreciate this, no." he chuckled to his second.

"It seems everyone exept sovieto & company will side with us, but official reports have not been confirmed. Going to the Kauvarian embassy was a genius idea, my overlord." Keriolenko informed Maximus as he walked up beside him.

"Good. Very good." maximus said whilst looking onward. "One day, all this will be yours, friend. Handle it with care. I have made mistakes that only you can fix, my friend. I do not have much time left, but you do. This war will be the end of me."

"I will not abuse your gift, sir. This nation will live up to it's name."

But they didnt want to help the provinces either. honestly they would like to wrap it all up and cal it a day, bu that wasn't an option at this point. In five minutes Yakkov made his decision. They would check the waters. First though, they had to stop the barages in propaganda. He issued the order imediately. All propaganda was to stop.

Then he ordered a highly secure mesage to the DSP.

I do not wish to be rude, or blunt on the subject, but that oddly enough seemed like a threat. We give you land, and you help us. But what happens if we refuse? Oh yes, you attack us! I do wish to comply but what your are asking is much. this is a time of need, and I cant just sanction off every strip of land I own to possible allies. We can come to a comprimise, though. Other rescources, such as Aluminum, Urainium, or any other metal you may need. Or perhaps somthing else? If you can convince me thuroghly on why i should offer you land, I will gladly hand it over.
