In history, many nations have existed which have violated the sovereignty of other nations. A nation which has caused terror directly, or indirectly by interacting illegally with other nations, or have caused direct harm to other alliances by giving false information to them. This nation, is the United Socialist States of Archnar, which has committed all of the above. It is a nation where its people live under mob rule, a nation which plans its economy, in violation of the free will of people, and not even planning it effectively. A nation which needs to be embargoed because it is a threat to other nations. This is not a declaration on other ideologies, as Noravea, and other nations in this Embargo believe in tolerance of other ideologies, including Communism if supported, but in the case of Archnar, it is a danger to its own people.

The following are the reasons for Embargo:

1. Selling dirty bombs to other nations.
2. Declaring war on nations without provocations, except for disagreement on internal matters.
3. Giving false promises to various alliances in regards to promises of military assistance by grossly lying about the number of soldiers their military.
4. And, if their military numbers are true, it leaves a great amount of people with below average amounts of food and water, their economy being too small to maintain that amount of food.

As of the 19th of August, in the year 2011, Noravea is hereby declaring an Embargo on all goods from Archnar, and will cut all trade with Archnar. We hereby are asking other nations to consider the above, and join in this embargo until:

-A referendum is held in Archnar on a new leader.
-The reparations to nations affected by dirty bombs, which Archnar has sold to other nations.
-Retracting its false promises to other alliances.
-Reforms their military and political system.
-Cease all actions interfering with the internal issues of well developed nations.

And have conspired to attack a country with a clear bias towards a certain political ideology, Communism/Socialism. While certain countries may be dictatorships, you made it specifically fascist dictatorships, instead of say a Communist or Socialist dictatorship. Noravea has no ill will towards Communists/Socialists, but we believe that if you hold a standard of one nation, you should hold it towards all nations, and it became apparent that you wouldn't oppose a country which is a Communist or Socialist Dictatorship.

And instead of trying to find a peaceful route to ending Slavery, you declare war on a country. Nazism, Fascism, Dictatorships may all be bad in your view, but you should try to coexist with them, and not interfere in their internal affairs. Rather than finding a peaceful solution to the Anglo-Saxon issue, you declared war on them, in an effort to end their slave trade (Which is world class compared to others. They guarantee rights for their slaves, and protect them from violence, and have a higher standard of living than other slaves). It you had to go to war with a country over slavery, at least go to war with one that has slaves in poor conditions, who lived in the dirt. Anglo-Saxon slaves at least have basic necessities for life. You didn't even try to peacefully attempt to reduce slaves in their nation.

The Republic of Western Cuba finds it disgusting of what Archnar has done in the past and is a disgrace to humanity. Selling radioactive material to nations across the world is uncalled for and not responsible. Declaring war for uncalled reasons is also childish and shows that the leadership of Archnar is questionable as stable. The Government of Archnar is also highly looked down upon in Western Cuba. A communist dictatorship was the only form of government in Western Cuba. From the late 50's to 2010. We know first hand on what a government like yours is like. And it's not pretty.

The Republic also notes Noravea's fifth reason for Embargoing your country. The Socialist States of Archnar claim to boast a rather large army. Which means exactly what the country of Noravea said. It leaves the common people with below average amounts of food and water. Especially if your economy is to small. Western Cuba formerly boasted a large army, and even with a large economy unlike Archnar's we still struggled giving food, water and other needs to the people. Since Archnar's economy is rather smaller we believe that's adding to the likeliness of that.

Therefore looking at the Official Embargo, the Republic of Western Cuba has decided to condemn and embargo the country of Archnar. All trade with the country will be cut, and relations will be cut also. The Ambassador to Archnar is being recalled, and heading to the airport for extraction. If no improvement is seen in the following weeks by the Archnar Government, the Republic may take further actions in this international affair. However though hopefully a settlement can be reached. So that the people of Archnar may prosper and so for the international world.

I tried every possible Solution to end Slavery in there nation.I tried Buying all there slaves.Didn't work.

The Noravean State, under our Leader, Emperor Nicholas, thanks those nations who have joined the embargo. We continue to urge other nations to join in our Embargo. As for the issue of Archnar, we are issuing our demands for them immediately, so as to end the Embargo on their nation, and to help improve the lives and economy of their people.

The demands are:

-Archnar immediately cease and desist selling ANY nuclear material.
-Archnar immediately dismantles their nuclear programs in their nation.
-Archnar cease all operations against Anglo-Saxon, as well as any other country due to their internal issues.
-Archnar's leader set reforms to eliminate a forced plan economy.
-Archnar set up reforms in the military to reduce size, and supplies are to be returned to the people.
