That may be true, but if we just blindly send in forces willy nilly, then we're going to run out of soldiers eventually, and as such, tactics and strategy are still needed ;)

Ah humanity has numbers, and good old fashioned human ingenuity will prevail. Also there shouldnt of been a neutral side. there is way too many just sitting on the fence.
