It has come to my attention that there are problems arising concerning Africa's ownership. Conflicting claims, border skirmishes, tribal conflicts; these are making an African war a very terrifying and real possibility. With this in mind, I wish to convene a conference in New Orleans to divide Africa between the benevolent powers. It is our duty to spread our civilization to all the remote and barbaric corners of the world, and Africa is no exception. This duty has lately been neglected; thus we must redouble our efforts. All of the Great Powers are invited to attend: Ireland, Prussia, Austria-Hungary, Britain, Poland, Russia, the USSR, the Byzantines, the Umayyads, Brazil, Granada, Holland, Denmark, Scandinavia, and Japan. This conference will also deal with Southern Arabia.
May your journey be swift and safe.
Sincerely,
Archduke Bertrand Bonaparte
