The sun barely shown over the horizon. The Darkness crept on the Inhabitants of Revert Island research and Military Instillation. Two soldiers watched the sea. The silence was starting to get on one of the soldiers nerves.
“Hey, you hear the Alarm go off yesterday. I saw Gespenst squad running for the elevator to the Lab. They had full bio-suits.” He said as he watched the sea. The other guard turned towards him.
“I heard it. That siren rattles you to the bone. I never like when it goes off.” He said with dread in his voice.
“I heard it was another bio accident. The Gespenst squad apparently had to waist a group of scientists and some test subjects. The test subjects are expendable but the Reich can’t loose to many more scientists.” He kept watching the sea.
“It makes you wonder what they are doing down there.” He said with a little fear in his voice.
Down in the depth of the base. Down the elevator in the area the personel at the base call the Laboratory four men stood looking into a window to the room next to them.
“General Klaus Von Bietrich, I hope you find all is in order and ahead of schedule.” Said Doctor Randolph. General Bietrich laughed coldly
“Yes, yes very good Doctor. I’m sure Kleav will be pleased with this.” He smiled big. Doctor Randolph smiled and walked closer to the window.
“So you will put in a good word to Kleav?” He said eagerly. General Bietrich smiled and shook his head yes. He then walked next to Doctor Randolph and peered into the dark room.
“Doctor I would like to see the experiment one more time.” He chuckled coldly as Doctor Randolph pressed a button. A door in room opened and a Man walked in. He obviously was disoriented. He wore an Orange prison jumpsuit. On the breast pocket was the words Sturmian soldier 15237.
“Where am?” He said with a hint of fear in his voice. Doctor Randolph pressed another button and the one door closed and red light popped on. On the ceiling vents opened and an orange mist floated out. Within the first second of contact with his body the subject began to get a grey coloration on the skin. He screamed and then blood ran from his eyes. He fell onto the floor. His skin began to crack and red and orange blisters formed. He got up and ran into the window. Hitting it hard and flying backwards. A smear of blood was left on the window. The subject blisters began to break and blood began to flow from his blisters and cracks in his skin. He spit blood up on the floor then a pop was heard as the face became to become skeletal looking and arteries burst. This all happened in 15 seconds from exposure. General Bietrich laughed.
“I never get tired of that.” He laughed some more. “I hope we can be able to mass produce this and put in rockets for combat in the immediate future.” He laughed again.
“It will within the week sir. Now follow me. I want you to see our work we’ve done on mutations with Human and Animal hosts. Some of the results are amazing…..and Horrifying.” He walked down the hall and General Bietrich followed with his two officers. A loud growl echoed down the hall.
