By the power vested in HM Government we shall now enact the following decree(s): Succession of Obligations Decree
I. In this decree, I Emperor Vladimir Medvedev I hereby orders my government to continue the obligations, enacted by the former Republic of Nuvalia that do not violate the Imperial Constitution. All debts incurred by the Republic of Nuvalia shall be the burden of this empire, all diplomatic obligations shall be tended, military obligations are subject to review, and all citizen benefits will stay in effect at my own discretion. This decree is to go into effect immediately.
II. The property of the Republic of Nuvalia shall be inherited by this government. Institutions of government shall now bear the prefixes: Imperial or Royal; This law is go into effect immediately.
III. I hereby order the Nuvalian Imperial Space Agency (NISA) to begin developing the technology establish a long term stay on the lunar surface. And to establish the means to get there, construct, maintain, and inhabit this lunar base. Your budget will be 500B roubles annually and shall be under the auspices of the Parliament of Nuvalia. This decree shall also require NISA to periodically report the progress of their mandate fulfillment. This decree is to go into effect immediately.
IIII. Members of this government charged with class II and III corruption by the courts will be sentenced to a swift and public death sentence. Class I corruption will follow a minimum life imprisonment sentence. This decree will go into effect a year from now January 1, 2026.
*The validity of HM Decrees shall go unquestioned, any attempt to undermine any decree will result in life imprisonment. To formally file a complaint you may contact your local MP and they by a 97% agreement will defeat the decree.
