And Chinese Muslims (mostly) consider Caliphate types to be heretics, anyway.

I'd imagine that the Muslims of the world are less divided along Suuni/Shiia lines in EE and more along the Jihadi/Jadid-esque lines. Jadid-like Muslims would be (mostly) tolerated by European states since their doctrine was to adopt European-style cultural practices. Chinese Muslims don't quite fall into either category, but over the years have adopted shades of Heaven Worship in a syncretic fashion, viewing the Emperors as prophets of a sort.

Looks good. If you'd like, you can make note of "Armadas" as in the old sense of "a bunch of people throw some ships and money together and run off to plunder something." Of course, while effective to a degree, such forces were notoriously uncohesive and parts tended to wander off since there was no real central commanding authority outside of a shared goal.

Hey OMG Castile can i get i on that thread? if this is going on around the same time as the my conflict with the CSA chances are ima have Officers over at the spanish end of things to liase and so forth, im sure your Officers would be thrilled to have an American in a blazing navy blue uniform with gold brade and an empic moustache to boot lurking around taking notes on the officers every move.

I just find it a shame i cant realy give him a southern drawl lol to add insult to injury lol. But yeh id like to get involved in the thread jusrt cause it makes sense for some officers of the US army to be there. what dya say?

That's fine, just keep in mind that solar sails are considered a 'last-gen' technology. They were basically used back when ships didn't have the fuel efficiency to make it past the asteroid belt on their engines alone.

Civilian ships still use them sometimes when they have jobs that don't require speed.
