Xin had both Tibet and Korea as 'independent' states, with their own monarchs. I don't plan on giving them much more leeway than they had during the stronger period of the Qing state, but somebody who REALLY wants to play Tibet or Korea or the Mongols might come along, and if they want to RP suppressing Christians or oppressing the Japanese or lovely raiding competitions with the Cossacks, they're free to do so.

Did the Caliphate of Islam ever RP? Or if he's inactive, can I declare the New Persian Empire? Or maybe like a Saudi Sultunate...

Could I inquire the possibility of me founding a Papacy-in-Exile , perhaps on a planet or land granted by a benevolent Catholic Country, I.e. Spain, Portugal, or Austria... I'm willing to fight for it as well...

The Caliphate of Islam is unclaimed. Cordoba is, while technically a part of the Caliphate of Islam, an independent state.

I just edited the post, so check it out, although I will probably just stick with Caliphate.

Hungary and the Cossacks could be fun. You'd be a dependent of Russia, but with far more freedom than such a state normally has. Russia would generally tolerate the antics of the Cossacks as long as they didn't interfere with Russian interests, and Vipra probably has some good fun stuff for you to do.

Hungary
1. Really don't have much interest in Cossacks or being a Russian buffer state.
2. Seems kinda fun though
3. I would like a force of European style infantry that are well trained and organized

Caliphate
1.I've never RP'd as a Islamic country ever, so It could be rocky.
2.See #3 on Hungary. Would this be possible with Janissary esque troops. I would also like to carry out a series of Martial reforms, such as purchasing weapons from a friendly European, as well as hire advisors to help train the seemingly Horde forces of the one true and honest nation. A nation under Allah.(Wow this Muslim thing isn't that hard)
