Xin Ming has quit/been removed from China. It will be open for exactly 5 days. If it is not filled in 5 days the plan for china will go into effect.

I'm really, really sorry for my lack of activity.

A huge apology to Xin Ming. I still haven't made that thread, and doubt I can for a while, since whenever I sit down to do it, writer's block strikes. If you could do the alliance thread, I'd be much obliged.

Well you probably don't want an alliance with the Portuguese, but don't forget we control a good chunk of your western coastline. Perhaps an alliance where we help train your navy and improve it in exchange for something ?

This thread is a flashback, taking place in 3004. Basically the events of Shattering the Hammer were moved back and modified. Xin's empress was the one who launched the war against Indochina, rather than conducting a truce and then attacking the Chinese March. Basically this is so France and China can reach a peace accord, since after discussion with WIck it was determined that France and China probably would not be able to reach peace without either French forces being totally driven out of Asia or China being carved up.

For now, this is just me and France, although a neutral third party may be called in to assist in the negotiations or just to host the meeting.
