Regional security problems: to be adressed
It has come to my attention that, minor, problems between other regions have existed between 10000 islands.
I belive, in sense, that 10000 islands should induce a 100% hostility tolerance twoards any threats twoards war and/or declarations of war. it is not, in essence a bill, yet it is a matter to be discussed.
a full "miniuteman" group should be established throughout the region by consent throug a current WA member, which I am not. Regional sercuity should be utmost cause for concern. General Assembly comments twoards "Biological Weapons" will be taken into concept, by banning any chemical warfare. this is responsible by a member (Ishquauh)of 10000 islands region.
I have applied for membership in the WA, and am awaiting response. I do want followers in the meantime.
