Not calling anybody out here, I suggest we keep with Aye's and Nay's only due to the simple fact that abstentions will delay the voting process, and members of the previous Cong will tell you that it was one of the problems we encountered with a large amount of applicants being put on the backburner.

In addition, this makes for a open environment where encouragement and constructive criticism is accepted.

Also the team stuff is cool with me.

More or less, it seems like bringing back the teams is the path we are going to take, so we might as well do it properly. That said;

I like the idea, nice work Milo, organization seems pretty good but maybe pull one of the voices from tier two and throw them down on tier three simply so it's more balanced.

On the team subject, I agree with Grat. Team 3 should have a Voice just we've all got someone more likely to negotiate before they start the killing on each team.

That's true, but I fear that many people will use abstentions as a way to reject a particular applicant without actually speaking their mind.

It's best, in my opinion, if we have two options and encourage people to give a reason for their particular choice.

So, perhaps move Aldar to tier three, and it appears that The Master M is willing to be a voice, so he can be inserted into the second/third tier as I see it.

Also, you can tell an applicant that they are interested on the grounds that they do a little more work by simply telling them, would'nt you all agree? In the original Conglomerate thread, abstentions slowed shit down. >:/
