With respect I think arc should have done a treaty write up and then have world leaders sign it or something. The Warsaw pact is turning into another meet and greet.

I'm all for meet and greets but we've had 1 and a half pages already and the ~~Summit~~ Pact hasn't even began yet. I find it quite irritating, but that's just my impatience coming out though

Well that is the general idea of a convention, the convention holder has the burden of writing out a draft and the others modifying it as the RP goes on.

I know you would like to have that done, but it will have to wait till I have time for the next update. I am really busy lately with helping a local designer put on a fashion show as well as finally getting a real job starting Monday. I would be more than happy to do one early Monday morning before going to work for my first day.
