Whoever you want to, really. It doesn't matter because the WA is in actuality detached from the RP boards. A lot of players don't even acknowledge its existence (I never have). So... you can, or you can find a player who wants to. Or multiple players who want to RP members of the tribunal. Whatever you want, really.

It, at first glance, looks like something in the NS Sports section, but to be honest? I think it's more of a NationStates/NS Sports hybrid kind of RP. I am leaning towards NationStates. But hey, it's my opinion only, and you could ask a moderator to move your RP somewhere else if you misplaced it.

It doesn't just belong in NationStates - you could place it in II even without large conflict. I'm sure you made it in NS already, but I didn't want you to be misinformed. There is no problem with posting it here.

Your creativity is the limit!

Some 'templates:' a new president is elected (or a new leader comes to power); terrorists attack!; natural disaster!; minority is oppressed!; political assassination; coup; new treaty signed; new law passes.

From there, it depends on what kind of RP you're looking to start. If you just want something quick to introduce yourself, you could write the post in news article format and people can respond to it. These tend to get a lot of traction fast, but last less time (on average). Still, if you're looking to get on the map asap, this is the way to do it.

Longer form would involve developing a plot, and then posting one 'chapter' or 'section' at a time. From there, you can work other players into the plot so they can participate as well. These have a higher barrier to entry, so tend to be less slow to develop and a lot of the posting initiative would be yours'. But they last longer and are very rewarding from a world building perspective.

Either way is equally as valid, and honestly which ever one is best depends on what you seek to get out of the RP.

Its spot on the target. Need the numbers of squadrons and etc... the stats for fuel spending is great, as it will let me calculate reserves and such. Thanks alot. Will help me revamp my fact books.

Depending on the device you have, there are apps that are basically mobile scanners. They use your phone's camera, crop out anything that is extraneous, and attempt to even out the image you have taken the picture of.

I'm not sure of any Apps for Apple or Android, but on Windows Phone, there is Microsoft Office Lens. It might be available for the other two devices, but I haven't done research to see if it is.
