Moment's before the speech the president is wiping sweat from his head. Nervous as every president would be if they were put in a situation to declare a war. As he walked out on stage there was silence because this conflict was kept under government regulation until now. He looked out into the crowd and saw each reporters eye's all staring at him waiting to know what was going on. He made it a quick and formal speech. "There has been great conflict as we were trying to be friendly to the Common Wealth of Progressive Union". "All we simply were trying to do was give some advice to this nation". "And they thought differently". "As a result our nation has declared war on this nation". That was all he said and then he hurried of stage.

7:34 AM - Estainian Central Time: Villa of James Patterson, Estainia

Breakfast was a quiet affair at the Patterson-Villa outside Valingrad, the news was on as it was every morning, the weather reports and international incidents, the most recent crimes, so on and so forth, as the Premier cracked eggs over the pan to fix himself an omlette the report came on argumenting and highlighting this obscur little countries declaration of war against The Commonwealth of the Progressive Union. Granted James didn't know much about the Progressive Union but they had maintained friendly ties and had attempted to form a federation of nations at one point, and he considered them an ally. As he added tomato and onions to his omlett he considered why there was so much turmoil all the time. However the Progressive Union was an ally. Setting his omlett on a plate and moving to the table he lifted his phone off of the wall and dialed the governmental building.
"Good morning? Yes, put me through to the office of foreign affars please. Yes I'll wait thank you." An idle tune hymed through the phone while the Premier ate at his breakfast, a few minutes passed before the other end picked up with a groggy voice.

" Estainian Department of Foreign Affairs, this Edward Patterson speaking." The Foreign Minister himself answered, naturally, such was the hassal with lack of assistants.
"Yes, Edward it's me; James. I trust you're watching the news? Yes, good. Send a letter to the PU explaining our side of the situation. " James said simply;
"So you intend to support?" Edward responded.
"I'm undecided yet. Send the letter." The Premier hung the phone up and resumed his breakfast.
