Hello readers, A region has been created, Ellesmere. I would like to introduce myself as the Founder of Ellesmere. Myself would like to start recruiting. As well, Ellesmere wont have a regional government. As I would like different factions in the Region (Like Warsaw Pact and NATO) There could be mulitple factions. In addition there could be 'neutral' nations aswell.Ellesmere is now recruiting, please reply if you would like to join
