Due to civil unrest, P0ptropica commanded the military to take the conspiring hoars and their families, along with another randomly selected 1000 from the crowd and put them all on planes. They proceeded to push them out without a parachute outside of the borders to eliminate suspicion and subsequently landed in some deep trouble with other nations concerning the defilement of their sacred land.
P0ptropica offered tens of thousands of slaves to the offended nations, yet its slaves were confiscated and it was caught in the act of bribery, leading to occupation of its land and several public executions.
This led to yet more political unrest and cumulated in 15 dead in the house of parliament.
Since then anyone that could hold a gun was given a pitchfork and everyone was conscripted to war. So yes, this means war.
