Hahahaha, yeah, about that, I ran out of inspiration for the Ulthranian Legate and I kept thinking of really awesome names but after playing the last mission I was content with Legate Marcus Junius Lanius. But as common Roman practice, he's going to obtain a really triumphant victory and he's going to get a different last name very soon I assure you:

He's a beast, but that's about it, loyal to Emperor and Commonwealth but has very little academic knowledge.
