i wish to bring this to your attention. as international police i wonder if you are propared to take action against spontanious invasion with no legitimate reasons? powerfulbritannia has clearly made an attack on the USNN for no reason other then to supposidly defend "Sonorov" . Sonorov however is part of the USNN and has been for a long time. for more info check the link.

Should we?

I'm happy to back it and dedicate resources, however we would need more information as an organization.

Great, its over. Sigh.
Anybody got any more missions in mind? Might wait until the current ones are over, though.

How about a mystery? It could be interesting, though any prior details will have to be sorted out.

I know that these may have been built for GMs in d20 Modern campaigns, but it is helpful if you want advice on how to set up a mystery story, plus whoever is running the mystery will be in a role similar to a GM anyways. Of course, there is some advice that won't be needed due to lack of relevance, though they are still good tools for those who plan on setting up the mystery.

We would probably not need occult elements, though it would have an unique appeal to it, most would probably not like having Urban Fantasy elements in a mystery, so I'd recommend sticking purely without magic and firmly in the realm of at-least Hollywood reality.

Go ahead and make one.
I'll play the baddie if I have to. Unless Libre wants to play them again, like in the bomb threat one.

Thinking about having an no-fly zone over somewhere.... but will wait. Like to only have 2/3 missions running, spamming people with missions means they cannot focus on one and really put in a fun spirit.

A No-Fly Zone would be a great scenario but it would be slightly confusing with regard to our identity, I mean we're a international police force not an equivalent United Nations or NATO...

We're also peacekeepers. I don't know ... how about something with, say, two countries stopping a war and asking us to patrol. And then hell breaks loose?

We need ideas, Tusken might end pretty soon.

How about a mission where we are trying to destroy a huge drug cartel, you can use my nation as the operation area.

Alright. Anyone for a no-fly zone operation (no guesses where inspiration for that came from)?

International Police Operation: Smash and Grab

Basically, several criminals have stolen high-performance cars and carried out international smash-and-grab raids, starting out at the town of Balkenstoke, Hampstoneshire, Astholm. It started out in a cash-and-carry warehouse, but then moved onto more higher-value items.

Unfortunately, they're part of a larger gang who engage in thefts, ram-raiding and export of stolen goods to re-sell on the black market. They also clone automobiles as well to carry out crimes.

The RP would be to catch them as they go across various nations; every time 1/2 members get caught, more carry out the raids globally for the criminal gang and try and re-sell them on the Astholmian black market. Basically, every time one is caught, more carry on.

Interesting in that it starts out with a local police force trying to catch them [in my case, the Thamesmoor Police], but it becomes an international operation to catch what was originally small-time criminals as they cross borders

Also is a very semi-realistic and can be character-driven RP, so would make sense. People could play the police officer, or the villain - and if you need police clips I'll see what I can get off YouTube etc. as screen-shot [Australian law allows for parody/satire so this would not infringe copyright, but I'm not a lawyer, so this is not legal advice].

(Adapted from a TV show episode about a real-life police chase in Hampshire, England, which crossed county boundaries but glamorized and made more international, just for drama! Simply put, adapting RL documentary would not make for good drama.)

Go ahead. In my view, if whoever wants to sue us (and who knows why) sues us, then, er... on what charge? It falls under fair use. All we did was use the basic theme - Lucasfilm might as well sue Avatar for having primitive people beating an industrialized enemy with walking machines.
