Article 4: Operational and Legal Procedures
a) Each Member nation may appoint a maximum of one representative for a maximum of one week.
b) Each representative shall possess legislative initiative, and shall be The Legislative Representative of their nation.
c) The Legislative Representatives may elect a Secretary and Deputies to run the executive operations and oversee the legislative procedures of the ICCPO.
Article 5: The Secretary and Deputies
a) The Secretary and deputies shall hold their posts at the pleasure of The Legislative Representatives.
b) It is the duty of the Secretary to oversee the execution of the operations of the force, including but not limited to the approval of Warrants and Operations and oversee the legislative procedures of the force.
c) It is the duty of the deputies to assist the Secretary in the manner that the Secretary shall define; unless The Legislative Representatives choose to divide up the duties of the Secretary and Deputies in future legislation.
Article 6: Role of the Founder
a) It is the Founder's duty to assist the Secretary and Deputies, and if there are none; the Founder shall automatically assume the post of Secretary.
Article 12: Enactment and Amendment Procedures of this Charter
a) Any Legislative Representatives may propose amendments to this Charter at any point.
b) Any such proposed amendments will be voted on over the following 72 hours, or until an absolute majority is achieved.
c) If the ammendment is supported by a majority, it will be acted upon these provisions.
