Erm ... kind of tricky to ask a terrorist group to please go into this particular area where they would then have no purpose. They'll always spread their message out, and grow. And we don't know every single member of them, so it's a bit tricky to round them up.

Open is good. Well, if we can't get them to go to the areas, we could send riot squads to clean up their acts. Or troops in the street! If they were to be under 24-7 watch until they left, then they would leave. Cameras and spies could do the trick.

For the next few days we'll probably have our hands fill with Vorshkya and the Valkstadt government. We've cleared up their right to revolt (which should provide you with some small insights into our Judicial logic) and persuaded Valkstadt to introduce democratic elements. However right now we're trying to enforce international treaties, stop illegal wars, punish perpetrators of genocide, and keep the peace at the same time.

Therefore we would be delighted to have some assistance in putting pressure on the Valkstadt government to honour WA treaties, and subsequently (if appropriate) the invading forces to accept a peace treaty?

That's tricky. Unless what they are doing is against law (which we have yet to define) per se, the organization cannot take action. Independently, though, the TBRE would be willing to look into it. We also have yet to develop the Peacekeeper side of the operation - we're still deciding what that entails.
