The Meldarian FA war rages on... After a nuclear attack on the people on the people of Meldaria, the Allied Nations have launched an attack on the Capital City of The Forgotten Americans... They have already began their assault and hope to capture the King...

The FA forces began to become overwhelmed by the many attackers. The 9th Infantry was shredded with 13,421 casualties, nearly 90% of it's strength. As the desparate battles contiuned the new King decided to pull back the Army Group to the capital. the 3rd Armygroup contained nearly 1,500,000 Men. Nearly %22 of the entire army

After hours of negotiating they decided they would defend the capital at all costs, now matter how many men it took. Troops cramed into whatever cover they could use, they quickly put up poor-quality defences, such as barbed wire and tank traps. It took over 2 weeks to get the forces into the capital and settled

Defeat was inevitible, morale was very low among the troops. Now matter waht their officers did.
They were now considered expendable.

The Meldarian troops mounted a massive fleet from their base just outside the capital. The airships brought in batallion after batallion surrounded by transport helicopters and fighter jets. The Pythons(Warthogs from Halo), Vipers(Military ATVs), and Mombas(Customized super tanks) followed by legions of troops attacked from the front of the city, they had a lot of air support. They needed clear any anti-air units to secure another air stike, but for now they would take their chances. 9 Stealth Bombers(See Meldarian Factbook) in a V Formation engaged in the air strike dropping a bomb each. Then the troops moved to the front defenses and flooded the front area of the city. With the Snake-Named Vehicles to their side. The tanks blew shots at buildings a transmission was sent out to all allied nations.

9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Batttalion
Private Zachary Jones was part of 9th Infantry Regiment. PArt of one of the main brigades that is to help hold the front of the city. He saw a huge amount of transports and fighters the AA Turrets began firing knocking out 4 Air Transports and 8 Fighters. But their was to many, enemy troops began droping out everywhere. Dirt kicked up all around his fochole, already his squad leader and 5 of his 7 Comrades were dead. He fired his rifle and knocked out one! He became enraged by his comrades deaths, he ran out of his foxhole and went on a killing spree killing a squad of hostiles before getting shot 10 times.

The many battalions of hostiles began to overrun, 5th Brigade. A bomb landed kiling 546 Infantry and knocking out 8 AA Turrets. 5th Brigade began to go on a retreat.

Kings Capital Building
The King was ready to fight to the death he had a MiniGun and a suitcase-sized dirty bomb for when he knows its over. He would kill as many as he could with the MG and then blow himself and the enemies up with a dirty bomb.

The Meldarian Troops and their allies had overran the city and evacuated the FA civilians. They had them handcuffed, but assured them it was only for safety purposes and they would not be arrested. They did not want an uprising from the civilians in the transports. They were taken good care of and were moved to a nereby city, where their hand cuffs were removed and they were stationed in large tents. The Meldarian troops then called in a massive barrage of air strikes all around the city. Then flooded in a massive invasion. they had taken the city.

The 12 man surrounded the front door of the building. They blew it open with a breach charge, they then rushed in and took cover. Captain Bulan was in charge, he thought to himself, "This isn't good... I smell a trap..."

To Meldaria: I dismantled my space laser cannon when the nation Malikov proved that it did not work (something about temperature in space cooling it to much thus rendering it ineffective. It is currentig being hauled back to Earth to be used to make 100 anthrax missile sattellites. Here are my troop numbers and if you have any objections, look up NS art of War and my nation

Issues with this post
1)you've mixed IC and OOC indiscriminitely with no tag
2)Anthrax Sattelites. . . really? so your gonna launch anthrax . . . a biological compound . .. .from space????? thats a worse idea than the UBER LAZOR SATTELITE ODOOM!
3)Posting personnel numbers alone is useless. I dunno if you were trying to create an orbat but if you we're . . .well for an orbat you need equipment lists, all kinds of stuff thats missing here
4)you are now also posting around a lock and using what someones done as a justification for tech wankery is not a good idea
5) Flesh out your post by writing in character rather than posting numbers . . .itll make it more interesting for all involved.

OOC: FA, is your king a friggin superhero? A minigun weighs a ton. No normal person could hold, aim, and fire a minigun. 1 bomb won't kill 546 infantry. Are your troops just walking around in a huge group?! Also, saying he killed a hostile squad is godmodding. You can say "He engaged a hostile squad" etc. but not killed.

OOC: Constructive Critacism . . .you can take it or leave it but here it is:
1)God Modding: Rp'ing ennemy casualities, unless told that you can do so by your opponant, is not allowed.
2)Try to expand. . . .you could do a lot more with the thoughts and actions of individual people to flesh out this post.
3)A single conventional explosive device wont kill 546 infantry unless they and the bomb are all in a single airtight room together with a limited oxygen supply.
4)you have a king with a machinegun and a dirty nuke but no security personel
5) Dirty Bombs aren't particularily effective at blowing people up. Poisoning them yes but blowing them up? not so much. Why youd use an Area denial wepaon in that wayinstead of just rigging the palace to go up in flames is beyond me.

-This is god modding., You cannot RP your troops arriving, taking a city and evacuating civillians all in one post without giving your opponant a chance to respond.
-Also Godmodding. Having a squad leader "smell a trap" is somewhat rediculous without writing why he feels something is wrong.
Instead of this you should have written up a single post detailing your troops preparing for an invasion.
Then waited for a response

the waited for a response
then Written your troops landing and more waves on their way in

OOC: Words can not describe the pain I'm feeling right now. You guys need to make more detailed posts.

Two steps to a successful post:

1) Detail: I've said it before, again and again, put as much minor details as you can into the post. What was your commander doing when he gave the troops their orders? What colour are the troops' uniforms? Were there any storms/setbacks while travelling to the enemy nation? What did one of the troops feel and witness right before their death? Answer a few of these questions and anymore you can think of and your post will be gold.

2) Feasibility: Here's where Godmodding comes in. When you say, "Oh, I have space troopers and spaceships raining plasma storms on you," does that make sense for a MT-style RP? Also, you need to post like this is ACTUALLY HAPPENING.

Just saying, "Oh these guys went there, killed hundreds of your guys, and took over your capital," makes people want to vomit. Your guys can't just "Go there." Firstly, how did they get there? Were there any obstacles? Did the enemy engage you before making it to the capital?

Secondly, you're country HAS NO IDEA HOW MANY MEN THEY KILLED! They're not going around COUNTING the enemy dead. The enemy, on the other hand, would do role-calls, quick head-checks, etc. to see who's still standing. This rule isn't JUST for cheating reasons, there also is no feasible way your men would be able to check the wounded and dead of the enemy.

Finally, how do you know that the enemy isn't still in the city you just took over? Just because you march into the city doesn't mean you automatically own it. There's going to be resistance.

Also, Meldaria, quit your flaming. I don't care what you have to say about trying to get rid of people, you can do it nicer than telling them to F off.

Has it ever occured to you that nuclear is a cleaner energy solution than oil or coal? This war is pointless since you are declaring war on somebody creating some nuclear power plants. Hence, if this was actually the cuase of the war it would be your tiny nation and whoever supports you (if any) against a large portion of the war. Therefore, we ask you to step down. If this action is not taken we will consider filing a condemnation in the security council.

OOC:Jesus Christ I must have been gone for a long time, he's already admitted defeat, and we're just trying to get it over with... Sure he can RP my guys right now if he wants, we have a sort of agreement going. We know how to Role-Play this is getting boring, but we want to give it a proper ending.
