CAG won't run headfirst into every war where the aggressor says "If you attack me, my alliance will beat you up!" Because that is stupid. If a war breaks out and CAG must get involved to protect nations then it will. But if nations are using CAG as their own personal weapon, why should we defend them and condone such behaviour?

IC telegrams/messages to other nations/w/e should LOOK like they are ic.
