Somewhere in Kreslstaat,
Rakmaar
The rolling, black fields were occasionally interrupted by rolls of hay for the horses. The only buildings for twenty miles were a barn, a shed, and the farmer’s house. The farmer’s house was full of lights; they were having a party in honor of the birthday of the eldest son. The barn was silent, but the occasional snore or creeping of animals, was the only sound emitting from the barn.
The shed was the only suspicious looking building for it was not near to the other buildings and it was on the other side of the lane. And in the shadows lurked a wanted criminal, Klaus Hedrich, an outspoken Nazi.
The lone figure waited and longed for a chance to enter the farmer’s house, machine gun the men, rape the women, kill the women, then leave. He was about to make his move, when he heard the sound of vehicles approaching. Five black vehicles pulled up in front of the house, the criminal quickly hide in a bush in the shadows.
The criminal out first thought it was the police, then noticed that one of the cars was a limousine, then realized it was probably another family member; the four other cars were normal cars. The normal black cars’ doors opened to reveal KGB Border Guardsmen, their uniforms were distinct. They marched towards the house and stopped, then two of them walked up to the door and knocked on the door.
The door opened to reveal the farmer, a tall 50 year old man. The first KGB operative smiled and said,
”<Good evening, sir. My name is Sergeant Tupolev of the KGB.>”
”<Good evening, sergeant. What do you want?>” asked the old man
”<Oh, nothing. NOW!>” said the first KGB agent
The second KGB operative aimed his silencer pistol and shot the man. Then the first KGB operative ordered his comrades into the building. There were sounds of machine gun fire and pistol shots were heard. The first two KGB operatives made their way to the limo, where five black suited men had gotten out from and surrounded the limo.
The criminal couldn’t see the man the KGB men were talking to, but he could hear the conversation,
”<So this is your message before leaving Rakmaar, right, sir?>” said Tupolev
”<Yes, Tupolev. Now clean up this mess, then make your way to the airport and get on the four Mil Mi-8s.>” said the mysterious man
”<Yes, comrade Colonel!>” exclaimed Tupolev, snapped to attention and saluted
The black suited men climbed back into the limo and the limo drove away. The men then discovered the criminal and shot him. They put him among the dead and put an AK-47 and Makarov Pistol in the criminal’s hand.
They all climbed into their cars and drove for the airport. Once the KGB operatives arrived at the airport they slaughtered all the airport personnel. Then they and the mysterious person climbed into five Mil Mi-8 Helicopters, then they took off heading for an unknown area of the world.

Two hours later,
The Airport,
Krestaat
The massacred airport personnel were discovered by their day shift comrades. They quickly reported the dead to the police. The police began their investigations, and found no one responsible. It had been speculated that it was the Kresian Nationalist Rebels, but that was forgotten by the police when they found further evidence that pointed at another group.
One Day later,
The Farm
Krestaat,
Rakmaar
The bodies were discovered by relative when she came home and found the criminal and her massacred family. She threw up when she saw the dead, rotting corpsesThe police instantly arrived on the scene and found the criminal, they then made an assumption saying that it was him. This idea was of course denied when further evidence said clearly it wasn't the criminal, but thirty armed men committed the murder.
The Present,
The Federal Security Bureau
Checkovgrad
The sign had the Russian letters. A few cars were going in and out, but one car was very noticeable... a blue old Soviet car, with a German looking woman... she was the relative of the farming family who was murdered by an unknown party. Her name, Marie Kreutz, and she joined the Rakmaari Police Service after that night, and extensively trained for the next ten years.
She had been trying to find out who had murdered her family for fifteen years and today it looked like she wouldn't get any closer. But she was determined to make her children and grandchildren to find the killers of her family. Each she thought she got closer to the culprits, but she was getting farther and farther away from the people responsible so she got on the phone with the Minister of the Interior to ask for an international police and military task force to find the culprits.

The Hegemon of Rakmaar, Yuri Alexavich Checkov, wishes to invite military, security, PMCs, and police officials to Rakmaar to investigate a massacre that occurred 15 years ago. We also lost three regiments of KGB border guards at the same time. So we believe there is a connection. Thank you, if lend support for this investigation.
