You left out the middle part. It went like this:
Finium is attacked by AMF
Bladia declares support
Some members point out: support only on request!
Bladia withdraws support, Finium then requests
I grant support as per the charter.
People start discussing, we get an ultimatum from AMF
In the end the support for Finium is withdrawn.
Suddenly, Blade steps down from the directorate, launching a wave of quitters.
I dissolve the SEC; Bitchfight ensues whether this move is legal, but by that time it no longer matters.
Sib gives Celis a nasty flame, gets DEAT'd and the thread locked.
And now we're here, trying to make something new. Decided is: the name (Commonwealth of Imperial Nations); we also had several charter proposals.

- The Membership Ministry of the [insert name here], which shall be one of the 9 members of the Grand Council of the [insert name here] and shall be responsible for ensuring membership requirements are enforced and for the official acceptance of applicant nations to the [insert name here] via the providence of a diplomatic means to do so;
Article IV: MembershipMembership of the [insert name here] is dependent on whether or not the applicant nation accepts the Charter, and the provisions and requirements within it, as both national and international law. Membership of the [insert name here] also requires the applicant nation to be either an imperialist republic, or a monarchical empire of either the constitutional or absolute variety. Membership is restricted to non-imperialist republics and dictatorships.
Responsibility for the acceptance of members shall fall to the Membership Ministry, although the decision to accept shall be open to challenge by any member of the [insert name here] and the dispute shall be heard in the Grand Court of the [insert name here]. All member nations shall be required to donate 1% of total GDP to the [insert name here].Article V: MilitaryThe military of the [insert name here] shall only be used following a majority vote of the Great Council of the [insert name here], or by unanimous approval of the Grand Directorship of the [insert name here] during such a time when emergency powers have been enacted.
