Well, George, I think we all can learn from here is that, there should be a written law in a formal constitution saying no individual members holds the power to disband such/ this future organization without 2/3 agreement of all the members. Just like all/most RL based organization.

The World, being a place of many differing ideologies and ideas, has always seen conflict. From the time when the first man took up a club to the age of nuclear weaponry, mankind has taken upon itself to fight, to form great empires which span the seas and land.

I think what you wrote is pretty good. Can I suggest you add a section concerning the applicants who have a form of democracy?

Another additional section that should be added is a military section concerning what happens when another nation/alliance decides to issue an ultimatum to us and we declare war. It would be more helpful that all COIN members could at least contibute a substantial amount of equiptment or men.
