Nato seem aware of our movements of WMD's as noted Cuba will allow the stationing of WMD's on the principle that they will not be fired first only in retaliation to a similar strike.

Cuba also requires guidance you may be aware of our sleeper cell and commando raid along the gulf coast yesterday, we have hundreds of cellls waiting to hit military targets throughout America we need to prioritise these attacks, when and where?

To the second, I was thinking that if we had Mexico, Colombia and the nations in between on our side then we could send troops strait into America. So if your agents weakened the NATO military around the the border of Mexico, it would help in the long run.

To the Third ... publicly declare a no shipping zone, give a date when you will attack any non-Red Storm ships in the designated area first.

1. All Nato ships operating within the Gulf of Mexico will be cleared for attack. These attacks will come from the Cuban Navy and AirForce.
2. All Nato Registored shipping travelling through the straights between Cuba and Florida will be open for attack by Cuban Forces.
3. Non Nato shipping will be allowed to travel freely south of Cuba, any non registed shipping travelling south will be turned away if resisted the ships will be borded by Cuban Marines.
4. If the Cuban Navy encounters ships thought to be carrying war materials the discretion to engage remains with the ship captains.
5. Any ship bearing the red cross will be allowed to pass freely through international waters.

The U.S.S.A have started to invade Hawaii and will then proceed to the east coast of America with the assistance of the U.P.K.
We will also assist Cuba with the invasion of America via the Gulf of Mexico. We also advise the U.P.K to not spread their forces so thinly and to have at the most two fronts, America and Asia. China and U.P.K should work together to conquer Asia. We are sure that Russia can defeat its invaders efficiently and after the invaders are beaten back, Russia's most likely course of action will be against Europe.

The Red Sea was parted, but the Red Storm will stand together and triumphant.

The Storm will protect all.
