I. Describe your nation (the people, the customs, the culture, etc.).
The Jade Confederacy is a prosperous liberal state with historically high political freedoms and is an adamant protector of civil liberties. Its economy is one of the strongest in the world with several top 1% sectors and one of the highest employment rates in the world. The Confederacy’s social foreign policy is that of non-intervention. It keeps out of foreign nation’s issues unless there is an proven threat to the Confederate state or its international citizens. The people of the Jade Confederacy are tolerant of all races and religions with decimation at all-time lows. Education is considered a priority in the Confederacy for we believe that social and economic problems ultimately stem from how the people are educated.

II. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your nation?
Our primary economic sectors are diversified into different independent branches; this combined with high foreign reserves makes the confederate economy one of the most stable in the world and enables it to weather long periods of economic turmoil. Our state is also a very stable one for there has been no signification social upheavals within recent history and crime rates have been flat since the start of the century. Even though we have a large and dedicated public health sector, the WA deems the Confederate population one of the unhealthiest in the world due to the degradation of the environment and unchecks consumption levels. Even though it is one of the riches countries in the world, the Jade Confederacy hosts a significant poor population; recent legislation has been passed to combat this issue.
III. Why do you think you will be a good fit in Judea? (What qualities of yours will make you an excellent addition to Judea?)
I personally think that I will be a good addition to this growing region for I am fairly active throughout the year and can contribute my political and social viewpoints to the region. I am also an active member of the WA and can shore up Judea’s defense against raiders.

IV. Why do you want to join Judea?
I was a member of a similar regional community a while back (unfortunately it dissolved) and would like to again be part of a small and active region. (Frankly I’m just getting tired of CP; it’s a great region and all, but it is just too hard to make my mark out of a region of 300+ people)

V. What are your relationships with current members of this alliance?
We have no previous direct contact with members of this alliance, but have seen some of them on the international stage. We would greatly appreciate a chance to establish ties and strengthen bonds.

Since I have no previous contact with the region and cannot experience it without abandoning my current position in the CP, can I establish a colony instead? If when I decide that this is the region that is truly for me, I will replace my colony with my main WA nation.

Hey Jade Confederacy, I'm really ecstatic that your interested in joining Judea, but I'm afraid you posted the application in the wrong spot. If you could be so kind as to move your application and post it in the Application Thread (There is a link to it in the OP of this thread). I know it's really stupid to have the applications be in a whole different threat when we do everything here, but we do it that way for a couple reasons: it avoids clutter in this thread, and it was required by the moderators to have all regional applications in the gameplay forum, and not have any in the international incidents forum. I usually say I have a moderately strong military, it can hold it's own but really isn't comparable to some of the bigger military powers out there.

Taking a different stance from Solm, with respect to his facts concerning the nation behind the puppet applicant, it is believed that if motivation is continued by Milograd/Carta, so noted as the master nation, then the Regions shall be benefited as a whole. Once again the brotherhood of angels is plunged into the chaos of war, internal strife distracting us from the aggression of those who once more look hungrily towards Judea, the imperialist spark bright within their eyes. We, the undersigned, hereby form the Judean People’s Front, an alliance created in order to stem foreign aggression within Judea. We, the Judean People’s Front, shall employ a Free Trade Agreement between other members of the Front, so that we can support ourselves to the fullest extent and have the materials and resources needed so that we will be able to defend ourselves in the event of an attack upon our sovereign selves. This Free Trade Agreement shall assist the signatory nations of the Front to build their economy up in an effort to heighten out nation’s level of infrastructure. The Judean People’s Front shall also serve as a Mutual Defense Pact. In an effort to create a fast response to any foreign invasion, the Judean People’s Front shall create a quick response task force that can be deployed anywhere in Judea within thirty-six hours. This force shall be made up of units from each of the Front’s member-nations and can be based in any member-nation of the Front. If any member-nation of the Front is attacked, all member-nations are required to respond with all force. An attack against one of the Brethren of Front is attack against the entire Front.
